New: Warehouse Stock View – tap a warehouse to see inventory by product (quantity, location, load unit), with quick search. Also: truck load unit check, alerts for pallets loaded outside the event warehouse, event count vs. loaded overview, auto-filled replenishment warehouses, requested vs. picked quantities, inventory change tracking, new Product & Storage Info screens, refined user permissions, improved loading indicator, and stability fixes.

It is now possible to use the product info button inside the warehouse module to select a product and retrieve its current stock information from the backend. The stock is displayed grouped by warehouse and load unit, including the total stock quantity. This provides a clear overview of where the stock of a selected product is located.

Replenishment The replenishment logistics list process has been implemented. You can now set the statuses Picked, Loaded, and Received, following a workflow-based process. The system now displays load units, which represent the stock items selected for replenishment from the warehouse to the destination after they have been picked. Picked: The requested replenishment items have been picked from the warehouse stock. Loaded: The load units containing the replenishment stock have been loaded onto the delivery vehicle. Received: The arrival of the replenishment stock at the event has been confirmed. The stock is automatically added to the event’s warehouse. (Received indicates completion.) In addition, this release includes several minor improvements and bug fixes to enhance overall stability and usability.

Added swipe-based truck loading for OPS Managers in Finish Truck Loading. Improved inventory flow: after navigating back from Complete Load Unit, the app now switches back to the camera to quickly scan the next load unit. Fixed a camera crash issue, mainly on iOS, that occurred when navigating back from the camera view. When scanning a load unit that has not been counted yet during truck loading, a warning is shown. OPS users can optionally count it as expected.

You can now adjust stock quantities to zero instead of only positive numbers, making inventory management more flexible. We’ve also improved how inventory adjustments are recorded and streamlined related processes for better accuracy and ease of use.
