Setting up your organisation is no longer filling in a form: you tell an assistant about it. You say what you offer — "I run a padel club with four courts", "I teach yoga classes" — and it proposes the whole setup: opening hours day by day, capacity, prices, how far ahead people can book and the booking rules. You review it on one screen and, with a single tap, your organisation is published and ready to take bookings. If you would rather do it yourself, there is a guided form that ends up in the same place. And if you stop half-way, nothing is lost: you carry on where you left off. WHAT'S NEW • Privacy by section: you decide who sees your address, your prices, your phone number or your calendar. Anyone, members only, or nobody. • The public calendar no longer shows the names of the people who booked. • Admins can book on behalf of a member, using their voucher or credit, and take cash payments at the till. • Full history for every member, including how each booking was paid. • Custom fields on membership requests. • Each resource's cancellation window is now enforced. • Opening hours with several time windows per day, and a choice between booking by time slots or by classes with capacity and a waiting list.
