Colony Counter PRO: Laboratory Tool for Microbial Enumeration
Colony Counter PRO is a scientific application for bacterial colony enumeration from petri dish images. Built for microbiologists, lab technicians, and researchers who demand accurate counts, structured workflows, and publication-ready data.

ADVANCED COUNTING SYSTEM
• Count up to 20 distinct colony morphologies per plate, each with a custom name and color
• Tap-to-place color-coded dot markers with configurable size, opacity, and outline style
• Erase mode lets you remove individual markers without resetting your work
• Pinch-to-zoom (0.5×–5×) and pan for precise placement on dense plates
• Undo, per-type reset, and full-plate reset options at every step
AUTO-COUNT THAT LEARNS FROM YOU (Beta)
• Personal models: when you finish a plate, the dots you placed teach the app what each of your colony types looks like
• One model per colony type, so you can build a different Auto-count for each medium or organism
• Trained and stored on your device. Your counts are never uploaded or shared, and you can export, import, or delete your models at any time
• Auto-count unlocks once a model has learned from enough plates and proves accurate on plates it has not seen, and it keeps improving as you count
• Plates are detected in your photo and numbered, so you tap the one you want to count; drag or pinch to fine-tune the circle
• Preview detected colonies before accepting — accept all or discard with one tap
• Auto-count is in Beta: always review the result
