Swift Stakes: Locate Manager

Projects, maps & 811 follow-up

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Keep work areas, official ticket records, and follow-up actions together. Draw your projects on a map and stay ahead of recorded expiration dates. Keep construction locate work organized from the first drawn boundary to the official confirmation. PROJECTS AND WORK AREAS Create projects with job numbers and company details. Draw excavation boundaries directly on a full-screen satellite map. Undo, redo, or reopen an outline before review, then save named work areas and find them together on the work map. Organize projects and ticket records across all 50 U.S. states. Delete and restore tracings, or reuse a saved ticket’s boundary in a fresh request draft while keeping its original confirmation intact. CONSTRUCTION SITE DIRECTIONS Build reviewed instructions from a posted reference, approach distances, excavation limits, access, and field markings. A compact mapping guide helps prepare nonresidential work areas for the center. LESS MANUAL FOLLOW-UP Paste official confirmation text to extract ticket details, review the result, and save the official ticket number, revision, and dates. Duplicate detection helps keep repeated confirmations together. Today brings unfinished drafts, missing confirmations, and recorded expirations into one action list. LOCAL EXPIRATION REMINDERS Enable device notifications for three calendar days before recorded expiration dates. Reminders use the dates you enter from the official ticket; they do not calculate legal notice or renewal deadlines. UTAH FORM ASSISTANCE For eligible simple Utah requests, reuse your reviewed map location, saved contact information, and work details in the supported public form. Check fill status and any fields that need review. Review the center’s requirements and submit through its service. Other requests and states use the appropriate 811 center’s service, accessible through the directory. SHARE THE PLAN Export a work-area PDF with its map, boundary coordinates, and reviewed instructions through the iOS share sheet. Your profile and workspace are stored locally on your device. No account is required. Swift Stakes is an independent planning and recordkeeping app. Automatic submission, renewal, email syncing, and utility-response syncing are not connected. Drawn geometry does not automatically transfer to a center’s official map. A saved record or reminder does not confirm field markings or authorize excavation. Always verify the official ticket, operator responses, and field conditions with the appropriate 811 center.

More control over saved drawings and repeat requests. • Delete tracings from Map or Projects and restore them from Deleted tracings. • Reuse a saved ticket’s drawing, site details, and instructions in a new draft. • Keep previous ticket numbers, confirmations, and dates separate from new requests. • Build construction-site directions from posted references, distances, marking limits, access, and field markings. • Use the new construction-site mapping guide and Utah update/re-mark links. • Draw directly on a full-screen satellite map and fill supported Utah forms from reviewed map and saved details. Existing projects and ticket history are preserved. Official submission and updates are completed through the appropriate 811 center.
