This works on every account, including ones created with Google or Apple sign in, which could not change their picture before. We also made the plans easier to find. After you finish setting up your build, you will see what Essentials and Pro unlock, alongside everything Stage 1 gives you for free. You can keep going on the free plan from that screen. Smaller fixes: the Profile screen no longer shows a back arrow that did nothing, and we cleaned up wording across the plan screens.

Essentials, at $14.99 a month or $129.99 a year, unlocks all 15 stages and all 151 checklist items, photos and documents on every step, your calendar and timeline, and a budget overview. Pro is unchanged at $24.99 a month or $199.99 a year. It adds full budget tracking: division and line item detail, logging payments with receipt photos, and spending alerts. If you already subscribe, nothing changes. You keep your plan, your price, and everything you have access to today. Budget Tracking You can now hold the money side of your build in the same place as the work. - Set a budget by division — the same construction divisions your builder and lender already use, so your numbers line up with theirs. - Log every payment as it goes out, with the date, who it went to, and a photo of the receipt or invoice. - See committed against spent against remaining, per division and for the whole build, so a line creeping over shows up while you can still do something about it. - Receipts and invoices stay attached to the payment, which means they are still there at closing and at resale. Also in this release - Project Timeline draws correctly again. The progress chart could come up blank on some screens after the 1.3.8 update; that is fixed. - Faster, steadier loading across the checklist and progress screens.
