Don't You Dare
One brave thing a day
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Everyone gets the same dare today. Rate how scary it feels, hold to dare, then see how much smaller the fear really was. Free. No account. No ads.
One brave thing a day. That's the whole app.
Every morning Don't You Dare gives you a dare, the same one everyone else gets. Ask a stranger for a book tip. Order the dish you can't pronounce. Wear the color you never wear. Go somewhere without GPS. Small, real, a little scary.
BEFORE: rate how scary it feels.
AFTER: rate how scary it actually was.
Watch the gap. That gap is courage, measured.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
- Can't do it today? Tell us why (at work, no money, alone, stuck indoors) and pick from two dares that fit. No shame, no streak loss.
- Hold to dare. Commit to it, feel the buzz, get the stamp.
- Forgiving streaks: two freezes every week, and a bonus freeze when you come back.
- Courage Levels from Warm-up to Fearless. You unlock Fearless by earning it.
- The 14-day Fear Sprint: two weeks of dares that get braver as you go.
- Running on empty? The 14-day Recharge sprint swaps dares for random feel-good stuff for your body and mind. End it anytime.
- 366 dares across social, food, style, nature, learning, switch-ups and more.
- Dare a friend, or share your result in one tap.
- Win log: streaks, a 35-day heatmap, and your fear shrinking over time.
