Didn’t think this was gonna be legit, but I got paid out 4 days later after wandering through the app. There’s class action claims to look throughout the app, so id recommend checking in often

I downloaded the app and went through all the claims to submit, took a lot of time to fill in the details of each of those claims and then got to the page to subscribe. I paid, it went through, and it looked like the claims had been submitted. It’s been at least five days and there’s no record that these claims have been filed. The other claims aren’t relevant to me so I deleted them. But every time I go back they are present again. I’m also getting conflicting emails to the same email account. One is asking me to finish my sign-up and when I go on it, it’s like I’m beginning all over again. The other informed me that there are new claims to look at, but when I go on there I actually get into my account, but there’s nothing new. When I press contact support, I am given options but when I press the option I want nothing happens. There doesn’t seem to be a way to contact them via the app. I’m going to try online and see if I can sort this out, but so far my experience with this app has been terrible. My daughter recommended Sparrow to me and she has been able to file claims and has received payouts. She agrees that the app is not good and she rarely uses it. Please fix your app and make it usable.

I’ve paid but he AP won’t let me make a claim. It says I have an unlimited plan, but when I hit ‘claim’, it takes me to a screen to select or a monthly or annual membership. I’m paying for the service but it’s not allowing me to use it. No fix yet that I can see, there are claims I would have filed but they’re now past the due date.Aside from this new issue, the AP does not clearly identify updates on your claims. I’ve filled out so many for various claims, but I have only been paid out once. I’d like to check status to see if they were rejected, denied and why, but they have no information for you!

I’ve been a paying Sparrow subscriber for nearly two years and have signed up for multiple settlement claims through the app. Unfortunately, I have never received any settlement payments or financial benefit from any of the claims I enrolled in.One of the reasons I subscribed was Sparrow’s guarantee that if settlement payments during the first year don’t exceed the cost of the subscription, they will refund the difference. Based on my experience, I’ve received $0 in settlement payouts despite paying subscription fees for a long period of time.The app is easy to use, but my overall experience has been disappointing because I haven’t seen any results from the claims I joined. I hope the company reviews my account and honors its guarantee policy. I’d also appreciate clearer communication about claim status, eligibility, and how refund requests are evaluated.I’m sharing this feedback so other potential subscribers can make an informed decision and so Sparrow has an opportunity to improve the customer experience.
