Fixed and added Marking in the PDF can be turned off Once every button is assigned, you just want to scroll. The highlighter at the top of the PDF turns selection off — marks stay visible and keep playing. Sync between two devices A recording that shared its slot on both devices did not arrive. The newer one now always wins. If a button is stuck for you: record it once more, and it takes. Stability Fast scrolling through long PDFs could crash the app. The cause is removed. Tap the cloud at the top to see why sync is not running right now.

Fixed Import audio The file picker did not open in 2.1. It is back — audio and PDF now share the same route. Passages in the PDF Resetting a button or deleting its recording now removes its mark as well. New in a pad's ⋯ menu: "Unlink passage". And a long press on a mark in the PDF, without dragging, asks: remove mark?

The script now sits next to the buttons. PDF beside the pads Hold the device in landscape and your PDF is on the left, the pads on the right. Tap a line to select it, press and drag to select several. Then tap "Assign to button" at the top — the pads with recordings start pulsing and you tap the one you mean. The passage IS the button After that, tapping the marked line plays the recording. You follow the script and press exactly where the cue is written. One PDF for everything, or one per set Usually it is the same document. When a scene comes from a different one, that set gets its own. Both travel over iCloud. Volume per recording A quietly spoken line can be lifted until it carries on set. The original file stays untouched. No limit on sets Ten used to be the end. Now as many scenes as the shooting day has. Two-finger swipe Swipe across the pads with two fingers to change sets. Two, so no button fires that you did not mean. Color a set, hand a set over Press and hold a set tab: one color for all pads of that set, and share the whole set as a ZIP — even one that is not currently open. The biggest update since launch. iCloud sync Recordings, names, colors and sets are now the same on iPhone and iPad. No account, no sign-in, no button — it just happens. Scrubbing and trim silence Press and hold a pad to open the waveform in full size. Set the playhead anywhere and listen from there. One tap on the scissors cuts the quiet off the start and the end, so the cue comes the moment you press. The original file stays untouched and the trim can be undone at any time. Audio in and out Put existing recordings from the sound department, Voice Memos or AirDrop onto a button (mp3, m4a, wav, aiff). Share a single recording or hand over a whole set as a ZIP.
