10/10 would recommend they deliver fast! Every dress is customized to your body, or you can get your size and alter it. I ended up doing customized because I didn’t want to spend extra money on alterations. Also if something is off in your measurements they reach out to you before even making the dress. I put the wrong measurements and within hours they reached out asking questions and clarifying details. If you’re looking for a cheap wedding or prom dress but with amazing quality this site is the way to go. But please don’t order a month before you need it. I would recommend a couple of months. You won’t be able to return all sales are final due to being made upon order.

Originally, I was skeptical. I didn’t think the dresses I ordered would actually look exactly like the pictures. The material is even better than I expected. We did customized sizing. The team reach out about my inconsistency of measurements and fixed it right away. They went above and beyond. In addition the dresses showed up 4 days earlier than expected. Our dresses are beautiful. The are for a wedding in 36 days! I can’t wait to share pictures!

Terrible customer service. I emailed them twice within the same day I received my item to return my order and not once have the responded to my email. I’m extremely unsatisfied with my order because I bought it in May and paid for express shipping. It said it would arrive June1st-6th and it didn’t get here until the 7th, ONE DAY AFTER MY EVENT. I had to go buy another dress and spend more money because my order did not arrive. NOT ONLY THAT but the dress doesn’t even look like the color I asked for. The pictures look like AI. And the colors are misleading on the website compared to in person. I don’t even think I’ll get my refund since they don’t wanna text back so I’ll just leave this review for them. SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

We are truly sorry for this frustrating experience — your dress arriving after your event, the colour not matching, and no reply to your emails is completely unacceptable. Please message us in-app with your order number and we will process a refund immediately. We will also arrange a free return for the dress. We completely understand why you had to buy another outfit, and we want to make this right without any further hassle.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!
I ordered two dresses and shoes (all standard sizes). The event change and I contacted them immediately to try to cancel the order. It had already shipped and they assured me I could return the items for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Beginning with the day I received the items I requested a return. They repeatedly refused to send me the return information, tried to give me a ridiculously low credit to keep the items, then tried to say if I returned the items I would be charged all for all of these different fees that were not disclosed. This is a horrible company, with incredibly cheap quality products and horrific customer service. DO NOT ORDER!!!
