My Calendar (new) • See your team's leave, holidays and events in one calendar, with day, week and month views. • Filter by leave type and status using the colour legend. • See your own department's attendance at a glance, and colleagues' birthdays where your organisation enables it. • Create events, invite colleagues and accept or decline invitations, with an optional reason. • Tap any day to see who is on leave, late or absent. Face Enrolment for Supervisors (new) • Team supervisors can enrol a team member's face from the app. HR approves the photo before it can be used for check-in. • You can also enrol your own face, when someone is set up to approve it. Better Face Check-In • A new on-screen oval guide shows exactly where to place your face. • Live tips tell you to move closer or hold still before the photo is taken. • Stronger checks against photos and screens being used instead of a real face. Resignation and Leaving (new) • Submit your resignation from the app, track its status and your notice period, or withdraw it. • See and complete the handover tasks assigned to you. • View your final settlement statement. • Fill in or decline your exit interview. • Clear screens explaining your access after your last working day, or during a suspension. Letters • Download your approved letters directly in the app. • Approvers can open and read the full letter PDF before approving. Approvals • Clearer approval details for resignations, terminations, final settlements, career changes and suspensions. • See bulk-update totals, covering-person details, and locked attendance days before you decide. Improvements and Fixes • Text boxes in pop-up sheets now stay above the keyboard. • Profile photos show consistently across the app. • Many smaller fixes and performance improvements.
