When i saw an update i downloaded right away, but the application was disappointing.The forgot password page does not accept emails addresses with _. When i logged in but failed to enter correct transaction pin the app abruptly throws me to the login screen, without any error message.I wonder why such a reputed financial institution has such poor QA for their mobile app.

I have been trying to update the credentials in the app, as advised by HBL through an email, for last several days without any success. Each time I try, it returns an error message and ends abruptly. So, it seems like this app has been deployed totally uncooked just to evade customers fury. Please be responsible towards your clients and resolve the issue asap.

This app is absolutely worthless. It moves at a snail's pace, transfers never go through smoothly, checking credit card balances is a nightmare, and it's down 99.9% of the time.

Worst online banking experience I ever had. Nothing works in this app. I can transfer to any bank. Just find a good developer to work with.
