The daily check in is easy and quick to do but still helps me understand how my partner is feeling. i also love reflecting on our relationship together, it asks questions we normally wouldn't ask each other. it's been a great way to enhance our communication and learn more about each other

While it is incredibly helpful for strengthening your relationship with your partner, I have also found it deeply beneficial for my own personal growth journey.I love that it encourages accountability while also offering practical solutions and guidance.
