You can use LexiBear for free with basic limits:

Allows you to create more profiles for different children.
• Cloud Sync & Sharing (subscription)
Enables iCloud synchronization and shared profiles with invited family members, including real-time updates across devices.
Subscriptions:
• Monthly subscription – $1.99/month
• Annual subscription – $12.99/year
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
