They have a typical fee it’s not too high to receive you’re earnings almost instantly. I’ve played a lot of scams and this is by far not a scam. There’s a few other good ones out there but this is in my new top 5 prolly top three we’ll see after my 10th redemption lol. If you lose money maybe you have an addiction remember this isn’t a casino it’s a sweepstakes and if you bet your last dollar on it maybe you don’t have your priorities in check. Either way a solid 4.5 outta 5 stars for me.

They had a exclusive special where I was able to receive up to 1000% of my net losses. Basically, every purchase I made in a certain amount of time I would receive back. Spent up to $120, or that’s how much I was supposed to receive back after the timer ended. It wouldn’t let me receive my credits until the timer was up, which I was familiar with because I’ve done this specific VIP Exclusive deal before. So, naturally I was watching the clock count down so i could receive my credits since it wouldn’t let me receive my SC until the timer was up. Was also under the impression that I had 72 hours to actually claim the credits once the timer was up, but lo and behold it all just disappeared without even a notice. Bummed me all the way out considering I’m an avid player making purchases almost daily. Since then, I haven’t made a single purchase because I feel duped.

This is the worst casino I’ve ever downloaded!! It is a scam… They take 85% of all your winnings and put it into a “bonus” acct that you can withdrawal from the next day. So after spending $50 of my real money, I would hit for about $100, they gave me $15 and put $85 of it in my “bonus” account… at the end of the day I played all the small winnings I had thinking I was going to be able to withdraw the $209 that was in my bonus acct the next day… NOPE!!! I have to pay $183 to get the $209 in bonus money I won!! Ridiculous!! There is no way to earn enough money to withdrawal unless you spend $1000… you may get $100… smh 🤦🏽‍♀️! There are plenty of real casino games that gone you 100% of your winnings minus maybe $10 for a transaction fee… I just won $200 on Tang Luck I believe… cashed out $191 which was in my bank account within 24 hours… and I continue to win on it… I end up losing it again but since the $191 I cashed out on one win over $300 in the last 24 hours… I just really need to start cashing out while I’m ahead lol

I withdrew $90 and after a few days they locked my account and said there’s some suspicious activity with my account and to contact support. I click on the contact support button within the app and it sends me to a FAQ page there’s a section that says my account has been locked. I click on it and then it says the contact support but there’s no contact support tab or section or button or anything like that. It seems to me that when you withdraw it’s suspicious. I’ve even went to their website to find their email and I sent them an email. It’s been a couple days. They haven’t even responded. They even have a phone number. I tried calling and they immediately disconnected seems pretty scammy to me.Edit:Your saying to 1 contact support or2 send an emailFor option 1 there’s no option in the app to contact support after my account has been locked. Only a FAQ page. So please stop the act. For option 2 I’ve already contacted customer service countless times, they told me to send them my player ID number. They knowingly ask that because they know you don’t have anyway of accessing your player ID since your accounts locked and there’s no way to see what your player ID is. So once I respond with there’s no way of me retrieving my player ID, they use that as an excuse as to why they can’t find your account even though I have them my name and my email that should’ve been enough for them to find my account. They just know that your not able to access your player ID number so they ask for it and they know you won’t have it so once you say you don’t have it they use it as an excuse to not pay
