Always having problems logging in constantly crashes , never lets you use face scan . Old app was way better . Don’t understand why they’d change the old app worked just fine. Bill pay never works . It’s unbelievable how horrible this is seriously considering changing banks . Have had the absolute worst experience since day one and Autotruck surely doesn’t care because it hasn’t been fixed at all.

The new app (late 2025) is terrible. I have to reset my password every time I need to log in. The Face ID scan doesn’t work, as in it doesn’t save the info for next time. I went to my local branch and they had me log in, then enable it and save it, but the next time I tried to log in, no luck. I’m starting to consider finding a new bank only because of this awful app.

Now, we cannot see pending transactions and the available balance and current balance are not represented correctly. Face recognition only works occasionally as well.

Why change what’s not broken. Face recognition never works. Signing in with a password that uses multiple numbers is a challenge. Once in the interface is actually a little better than the old version but getting there is not convenient. Do better please
