The *only* problem I have with this app is that it’s a $40 yearly subscription fee. I can get behind a one-time purchase but I don’t want another subscription. 😭Edit 02/02/26: Super thankful to the dev for responding and considering my suggestion. I reached out separately to suggest other features and they were so helpful and receptive to feedback. Despite reluctance, I paid the $40 subscription fee and have been using the app to track my 300+ item massive collection (that truly had no business getting this big in the first place.) Let me start off by saying that this app is amazing. I love that I not only get to input items into a catalog so I know what I already have, but there is an option to add those items to project pan and begin tracking progress via photos and/or weight. I’ve taken full advantage of this feature to keep me on track and as a visual boost to keep me going when I feel discouraged. Another great feature is the calendar section, where you can track the items you use each day. I can group items into routines and then log them all together or pick specific products to log one at a time. The app uses all of these features to help keep track of expiration dates, but also to keep stats on most-used products, price per use, and total uses. As someone who loves to track silly little things, this makes my heart happy. I’ve still only been using this app for a few weeks but will be back to update after I get more mileage in. So far I really enjoy it and I do think it’s worth the $40/year, even if I do wish there were a lifetime membership option (maybe to consider for early adopters?).

I love this app! I love tracking things, and this has helped me immensely with my progress. I like how you can go to the calendar and select the products you used that day, and the streak feature is very motivating. It has also made me more cognizant of spending habits. The aspect of cost per use for each product is amazing! There are also useful stats for empties. I would recommend this app to anyone who is currently doing project pan or thinking about starting.

If an app like Whering exists for clothing, how is this an option for makeup and skincare. I spent a lot of time getting started only to find out you can only upload 15 products before you have to pay for more. It’s completely manual and not modern at all. No online search feature for products or ways to hyperlink and import details. Also, not enough categories / sub categories for actual beauty lovers. No shadow primer? eyebrow products? Trying to charge for this app at all is honestly predatory.

Set reminders to log product use, track unopened backups, and add notes to your Project Pan progress updates. Links in product notes are now tappable. Editing routines is easier, too. Choose dates with a calendar picker and select the month and year directly.
