Most calorie apps are built around food you don't eat. Juula is built around Middle Eastern dishes, cooked the way they're cooked here. Rice weighed raw or cooked, chicken with or without oil, one piece of dolma or a full plate. Every food comes with the portions people actually use, from a spoon to a plate.
LOG A MEAL IN SECONDS
• Take a photo. Juula names the dish, lists what's in it with grams, and you check it before it's added.
• Say it or type it. "Two pieces of kubba and a bowl of rice" works in Kurdish, Arabic or English.
• When a detail changes the calories a lot, like raw or cooked weight, Juula asks instead of guessing.
• Scan the barcode on packaged food. Your recent scans stay one tap away.
• Search more than 1,500 Iraqi, Kurdish and Middle Eastern foods and millions of packaged products, or log again from your recent foods and your own recipes.
