Once is a guest disposable camera perfect for weddings, parties, and trips. Guests join by QR, take limited shots, and share all photos together in a private gallery.
How Once Works:
1. Create a film for your event and set the rules
2. Share a QR code or link so guests can join in seconds (No download needed for guests)
3. Everyone shoots in the moment with limited shots per person
4. Photos unlock together at the time you choose, ready to relive and save
Why Hosts Choose Once:
- QR join, no friction: Guests can join with or without the app via App Clip.
- Shared camera for the whole group: Centralize every candid and POV in one place.
- Limited shots = better photos: Scarcity encourages thoughtful, story-driven captures.
- Delayed reveal: Unlock photos at event end or a custom time to keep guests present.
- Private by default: You control access, visibility, and downloads.
- Host controls: Set shot limits, reveal mode (instant or delayed), and participant caps.
- Download everything: Save full galleries to your device or archive them for later.
- Beautiful “film” feel: Subtle, tasteful looks that keep skin tones and ambience true.
Perfect For:
- Weddings and receptions
- Bachelor/Bachelorette parties and showers
- Birthdays and reunions
- Group trips and retreats
- Team offsites
- School events, clubs, and fundraisers
We Care About Your Privacy:
Your event gallery is private by default and controlled by the host. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy at once.film/privacy.

Life happens only Once. Make sure to capture every angle of it.
I just had my wedding 2 weeks ago and Once was the best thing we prepared for our wedding. We tried out all the apps out there but Once turned out to be the most reliable and high quality. 100% recommended for soon-to-be brides! I’m planning to use this for all of our family events ❤️
Developer Response

You can’t upload photos
BakandaSoba
The photo system is the apps ONE massive flaw. As a host you pay for a camera roll and photos upfront- but that moneys wasted if your guests don’t use all the photos. It doesn’t disclose upfront you can’t UPLOAD photos after the event. You HAVE to use the in app camera to take photos. Allowing guests to upload photos later as an option for the host to toggle on or off seems like a simple fix. Wish we’d known this BEFORE the event.
Fun, great option for pics!!

Such a great way to capture all those little and big moments on exciting days! As someone who loves disposable cameras, an app like this makes it affordable, convenient, and fun so anyone with it can take pictures. Used it for my friends wedding and so happy we did!

This was a great app that I had at my party and all eyes were talking different pics . way less than paying a photographer. It was fun and Made it a surprise to release the photos the day after all of the events. It was so fun.
Capture real memories with Once.
