3.0.1 Oct 18
- Editing or deleting a meal now updates Apple Health correctly, so calories are no longer counted twice.
- The portion field stays visible above the keyboard while you edit a food.
- Stability improvements.
2.9.76 Sep 19
Meals you log with a photo are now written to Apple Health. Meals that previously failed to sync to Apple Health can now be retried and recovered, so the "some data is not synced" notice no longer stays forever. When you edit the amount of a food and clear the field or type 0 on the way, the calories now follow the new amount correctly.
2.9.75 Sep 18
You can now correct the nutrition values of a scanned barcode and save your own version, or go back to the shared values. If the camera is unavailable, you can type the barcode number instead. Text you type in the coach input box is now readable. Fixed a case where a meal saved right after opening the app was not written to Apple Health. The weight unit you choose during setup (lb or kg) is now kept in your pace and projection.
2.9.73 Sep 15
The camera screen now labels "Enter Manually" and "From Template" so you can find them. Meal history now shows earlier days again if the first load of the date range fails.
2.9.72 Sep 14
Fixed a problem where the purchase screen could come up with no plans listed — if loading fails, the app now retries once on its own. Tapping a notification now reliably opens the screen it promises. We also fixed a case where a day's reminder could be skipped in some time zones.
2.9.70 Sep 10
We fixed the reminder that was never being created for people who had already allowed notifications, and made the sign-in step easier to get past during setup. We also added internal measurements so we can see where people get stuck.
2.9.69 Sep 9
Fixes and improvements:
- Restore Purchases now responds and tells you the result
- Your subscription screen shows the price you are actually paying
- Deleted food items no longer come back when you edit a meal
- Your subscription is no longer dropped when the store is slow to answer
- Japanese now shows correctly on the workout, weight and coach screens
- Adding an exercise no longer fails without saying anything
- Weight goal and exercise tabs recover from a load error instead of going blank
- The camera no longer stops on a blank screen
- The meals tab retries instead of staying empty
- The AI coach now shows you when a message did not go through
- Reminders no longer arrive twice or on the wrong day
- Streaks and the 7-day view now use your local time
- Carbohydrates on nutrition labels are read correctly
2.9.68 Sep 8
- Fixed screens that went silent after tapping Analyze or the purchase button
- Fixed analysis that stayed stuck at "Analyzing" after it had already finished
- Fixed reminders not arriving after you allowed notifications
- Fixed shared entries sometimes showing the wrong day
- We now tell you what happened when sign-in succeeds but cannot continue
2.9.66 Sep 8
- Fixed screens that stayed in English for Japanese readers during setup and purchase.
- The referral code screen claimed a discount had been applied when no discount exists. The claim is gone, and the screen now states that your price does not change.
- Sharing now includes the app name and a store link, not just the image.
- Removed in-app statements we cannot substantiate, including effect claims and attributed sources.
- Tidied the calorie display in workout history.
- Fixed duplicate push notifications.
2.9.65 Sep 7
• Fibre logged from a meal template was always saved as 0 g, and that 0 was also written to Health. Templates now carry fibre through.
• Removed several figures shown during onboarding and in streak messages that we could not verify against our own data. The comparison screen keeps what is checkable — what the app does — and drops the numbers.
2.9.54 Sep 6
This release also removes claims from the onboarding screens that we could not stand behind — user and meal counts, star ratings, and reviews. They were not accurate, so they are gone.
• The mini chart on the weight card placed points by UTC time, so a morning weigh-in could be labelled with the previous day, and two weigh-ins on different days but less than 24 hours apart landed on the same spot. Dates and spacing now follow your own calendar.
Also included, fixes for problems you may have hit while logging meals and workouts:
• Your daily AI chat is now filed under the day you actually had it, instead of shifting by your time zone.
• Meal photos that failed to upload no longer take the already-analysed record down with them.
• A failed analysis now tells you on the screen you are looking at.
• Calories burned are no longer double-counted when a step summary and a walking workout describe the same activity.
• Purchases: restoring and buying report the real reason when something goes wrong, first-time buyers are no longer sent back to the paywall by a single failed entitlement read, and a completed purchase is no longer shown as an error.
• Saving a meal no longer risks losing items if the app is interrupted mid-save.
• Food name analysis now uses your own language instead of always Japanese.
2.9.48 Sep 5
Under-the-hood update.
This version adds internal counters that record which screen a subscription offer was shown from, so we can tell the different entry points apart. It also routes subscription record-keeping through a single shared function instead of three separate copies.
There are no visible changes in this release.
2.9.19 Sep 4
Fixes a sign-in issue on the welcome screen: after signing in from the onboarding sheet, the app could close the sheet without any confirmation and leave you on the first screen with an empty account. Signing in now takes you straight into the app, and returning users are no longer greeted as if they were new.
Also corrects how the free-trial wording on the subscription screen is chosen — it is now based on what the store actually offers for your account, rather than an assumption.
2.9.18 Sep 1
Your subscription now follows the account you are signed in with. If more than one person signs in on the same device, each account sees its own status — no one inherits another account's Pro.
2.9.17 Aug 31
Subscriptions
- If your subscription was refunded or has expired, we now say so instead of "purchase verification failed." Verification did not fail — it succeeded, and the answer was that there is no active subscription.
- A purchase whose payment is still being confirmed is now shown as pending rather than as a failure.
- Refunded and expired transactions are no longer re-checked on every launch for up to 48 hours.
2.9.15 Aug 29
Fixes for subscription restore and entitlement. If you paid but the app still showed you as unsubscribed, this update fixes it. Refunds, expirations, grace periods and renewals are now handled correctly, and restore no longer reports success when nothing was restored.
2.9.13 Aug 28
Fitlog 3.0.11
- Stability and small improvements.
