Not sure why I expected anything better than any other app out of the Philippines. I've been tracking a sea freight package I sent to Mindanao almost 3 months ago and been encountering the "A PHP Error was encountered" error so I decided to try the app. Absolutely useless; gives you a track your package prompt and when selected it takes you to a search prompt which tells you the item cannot be found.

I tried to create an account on the LBC Express app, but it does not accept U.S. phone numbers. Many customers living in the United States use LBC to send packages to the Philippines, so the app should support international users.I was hoping to use the app for easier shipping and promotions, but I cannot even register. Please update the app to allow U.S. phone numbers and improve access for overseas customers.

U.S. clients can’t sign up to mobile app because the telephone number was set for Philippine numbers in default. Kinda not making sense because most of their clients sending packages are fromOther countries. They should better fixed it. Disappointing because I really would like to avail for the promo by sending using the app.

You have a discounted promo for booking balikbayan boxes pickup using the app express in USD but your app does not let a US based user to schedule a pickup in US!. Lastly i have long shipping with you via lbchome website which login creds doesn’t work with your app. Very poorly done.
