I almost reached the $40 Mark to pull out the money and all of a sudden the game start getting harder and now I’m down to three dollars. Seems like as soon as you get higher in the money, the games get harder or you start playing bots and they become competitive and you start losing the money that you won. I invested eight dollars into the game and got three dollar bonus. So that upped my money and I started playing the little higher bids. I thought maybe playing in the higher bids might get me winning bigger It did for the first couple times but not continuously and now I’m back down to the three dollar mark. It seems like you want you to invest and when you invest your money you win for a little bit and then lose back down. It’s a fun game. I love playing it and it’s competitive. You can play against yourself or other people or bots. it’s something that keeps you busy and it’s just something that will not cost you an arm in a leg if you don’t invest in it, but if you do invest in that you’re gonna miss a lot of money.
A Fun Ride with a Steep Climb

I started Mahjong Cash by Biagro with high hopes—and to be fair, the game delivers on a lot of fronts. The graphics are crisp and clean, with a classic Mahjong tile board layout that’s easy on the eyes. A charming panda mascot pops up throughout the game’s menus and tabs, adding a playful touch to the overall experience.Gameplay-wise, it’s a tournament-style cash competition, which initially felt exciting. I was able to win progressively higher-value matches, which kept me engaged and optimistic. However, the $40 minimum withdrawal threshold feels like a distant summit—no matter how well I played, I never quite reached it before hitting a wall. That part was a bit discouraging.I’d personally love to see a “you vs. computer” mode added—something more direct and strategic than the current tournament format. But hey, maybe that’s just me dreaming of a fairer fight against the algorithm. All in all, it’s a generally fun game. If you enjoy Mahjong and don’t mind the grind, it’s worth checking out. Just go in knowing that cashing out might be more of a long-term goal than a quick win.
CLEVER SCAM

It hurts to see this game at 4.9 rating. It’s just another clever scam. Try playing with just bonus money for as long as you can. The required withdrawal threshold is $40, which in itself is a major red flag. There’s no need for that, it only gives them a HUGE advantage over you never cashing out. They bait you along letting you win. I played horrible a couple times. And came in 2nd place on a 7 dollar buy in and won 15 bucks. Cool right? 🙄.. I was playing at work totally distracted and one tournament i hit pause and I couldn’t get back in time so the game timed out when I was halfway through. I WIN 5 bucks! Got 3rd place!! I didn’t lose at all! Then my bankroll got to around 37 dollars of legit withdrawlable money . And this is the part I was waiting for. This next game. Before I started I called it. It’s not going to let me get to 40 bucks. Not on bonus cash. This time I played totally focused. Cleared the board even, 5th or 6th place. Awwww shucks. DELETE!!! DONT LET CHINA GET THE BEST OF YOU. THEY ARE STEALING MONEY DAILY THROUGH THEIR HUNDREDS OF FAKE APPS. THEY CONTROL THE OUTVOME OF YOUR GAMES PEOPLE .. please fight back. You can start by Not giving good reviews!!! If it’s made in China ignore it!!! Dont support these P.O.S. Thieves.

Hello! Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us — we sincerely appreciate it. We would like to clarify the situation you mentioned: when you first join the game, you are primarily matched with other new players to help you familiarize yourself with the gameplay. As you gain more experience, this beginner matching mechanism is gradually adjusted, and you will begin competing with more skilled players. Winning rewards may become more challenging at this stage, but please rest assured that all matches are fair and entirely free of bots. If you ever encounter any suspicious activity or players, please feel free to contact our team at [mahjongcashservice@hotmail.com], and we will investigate immediately. Thank you again for your understanding — and we wish you the best of luck in your upcoming matches!
Not worth it it Make up excuses

Not worth it it makes up excuses on why you can’t receive your cash. I tried this like 10 times did Apple Pay first after that I tried. PayPal does not work every single time it forces you to shuffle your your board. It is totally rigged. I’m warned people not to download it. It’s just a waste of your time. You’re better off just playing the Mong Jong regular which in my opinion is way better even though you don’t win money but it’s just way better like I said it doesn’t force you to shuffle your board and make you do moves that you don’t want to do. Also to receive your money you gotta buy one of the packages so not worth it. I know other games that are worth it and they don’t make you go through so many hoops just to collect your cash. This is not one of them, unfortunately very bad not happy, not pleased. The developers should try more and hard harder and better to make it friend friendly.
