Continuum is a habit tracker with no account, no ads, and no subscription. Press and hold a habit to mark it done. The dot fills. That's the whole interaction.
THE GRID
Every habit gets a 66-day grid — roughly the window a behaviour takes to become automatic. You see the whole run at once: the days you showed up, the days you didn't, how far is left.
MARKING DONE
Press and hold. Haptics build under your thumb and release when the day registers. Hard to do by accident, which is the point.
STREAKS AND HEALTH
A streak counts consecutive days. A health percentage counts the recent stretch honestly — one missed day dents it, it doesn't reset it. Streak freezes cover a single missed day automatically, so a bad Tuesday doesn't erase six weeks.
MILESTONES
Days 1, 3, 5, 7, 21, 66, 100 and 365 are marked inside the habit card itself — a small animation where you're already looking, not a full-screen interruption. Day 66 is the graduation.
WIDGETS
Home screen and lock screen. Mark a habit done without opening the app.
REMINDERS
One per habit, at a time you pick, plus a single 8pm alert if a streak is about to break. Completed habits are never pinged.
THE REST
A year heatmap per habit. Share cards. iCloud sync across your devices. Dark, monospaced, deliberately plain.
No social feed. No streak you can buy back.
Ratings & Reviews
Miss a day and your streak survives now. One missed day a week is forgiven; two in a row still breaks it, so the number still means something. Old streaks that a single miss broke are back.
Forgot yesterday? Tap a habit once, then hold.
Completed habits catch the light as you tilt your phone. Small things, mostly: the border traces itself while you hold, the grid ripples when a day lands, and your last habit of the day plays a low chord that took me far too long to tune. The greeting header is gone (less to read, more grid).
The completion sound is softer too. The old two-tone beep sounded glitchy — I should have caught that sooner.
