We’ve fixed minor bugs and made small visual improvements, including clearer button labels, for a smoother everyday task management experience.

Make everyday task management easier. ・Set reminders in fewer steps. Choose from preset options without entering a date and time each time. Custom scheduling is still available when you need more flexibility. ・Keep important tasks in sight. Clearer priority and overdue indicators help you spot what needs attention and choose your next task. ・Revisit your voice memos with ease. Easy-to-spot playback controls make it simpler to listen back to your ideas and to-dos.

Plan with a drag. Stay on track at a glance. SpeakToDo 0.3.1 brings two new ways to make your everyday to-dos easier to manage! ■ Drag-and-drop Kanban planning Press and hold a task card, then drag it between Today, This Week, and Later. Organize your upcoming tasks and adjust due dates without opening each task. When plans change, reshuffling your schedule is easy. ■ Your to-dos, right on your Home Screen New widgets let you check today’s tasks and overdue items without opening the app. Choose from small, medium, and large sizes to fit your Home Screen. On iOS 17 and later, you can mark tasks complete directly from the widget! Update SpeakToDo and turn your next thought into your next step.

This update makes SpeakToDo a little easier to use day to day, and fixes a handful of small bugs along the way.

Your AI now cheers you on for the work you got done today ■ Meet Today's AI Advice Open the Reflection screen and AI will check in with you about your day. It celebrates what you finished, like "You wrapped up 3 tasks today!", then looks at what's left and suggests a gentle next step. It's more than a pat on the back. It's just the right amount of encouragement. On iPhones that support Apple Intelligence, the advice is written right on your device. Your tasks never leave your phone. ■ See at a glance if you're ahead of your usual pace Today's Productivity now compares today with your daily average from last week, and shows how many tasks you finished today. Curious what a number means? Just tap ⓘ. ■ Smoother to use • Swipe from the left edge to go back from task details • Task titles are crisp and easy to read in Dark Mode Go ahead, give yourself a little credit today.

Your voice comes through more clearly. On iOS 26, Apple Intelligence makes speech recognition more accurate. What you say is turned into text more reliably than before. Recognition happens on your iPhone, and your voice is never sent to a server. On iPhones without Apple Intelligence, voice input works just as before.

New: Recurring Tasks Set your daily routines once and let them repeat automatically, no more re-entering the same task.
