What's new in 1.18: • Workouts without GPS: couldn't record it? Log it by hand from Import workout with the time, place, class, what you worked on, wind, sea state, how you felt and RPE. It stays private, and your coach sees it and counts it in your hours. • Perceived recovery: the daily check-in in Your day now starts by asking how recovered you feel from 0 to 10, and tells you what performance to expect. It's in your trends too. • A history you can search: find any session or notebook entry just by typing, with the same condition filters as always. • All your coaches on the same page: with Full access, your coach can view, read-only, the plans your other coaches send you. • Strava imports, queued: tap Import on several activities and they come in one after another. • More stable: fewer crashes on iOS 18 and no more freezes when deleting or syncing lots of Apple Watch sessions.

What's new in 1.17: • Daily report: log how you feel each day before training, mark where it hurts and follow your progress by week, month and year. • Your coach's plans: see what's planned for each day on the calendar and work through gym sessions with sets to tick off and timed rest. • For coaches: week-by-week programs, annual planning and a technical and physical analysis tab on each sailor's profile. Shared notes and documents are now visible to both sides. • A livelier feed: suggested sessions from other sailors, club regattas and courses, and club search in Discover. • Redesigned club profiles with likes, sponsors and campaigns to promote events. • New fitness trophies for daily reports, streaks and gym sessions. • Organizers: refund an entry fee, in full or in part, right from the app. • Entries for minors can now include the parental consent form. • Change the sport of an activity and its analysis is recalculated. • Amounts and dates in the app's language, plus other fixes and improvements.

SailIQ is now even better for sailing as a team. Regattas and clubs get clearer flows to follow events, organise sessions and complete activation, while coaches have a more complete space to plan and support their sailors. Sessions also sync faster, and the app recovers your information more reliably when you return.

Regattas, closer than ever. Enter regattas from SailIQ, check live standings and follow the weather forecast without leaving the event page. We’ve also added new sports —kayak, paddleboard, windsurf, wingfoil and kitesurf—, a more complete coach workspace and a Notebook you can filter by the day’s conditions.

Apple Watch now records and restores your sessions more reliably. We strengthened permissions, recording start, and recent-session recovery after reinstalling the app. We also refined synchronization to keep your watch data consistent with your iPhone.

Coaches can now run start practice with more clarity: start line, countdown, crossing speed, and debriefing to link each attempt and help the whole fleet improve. Training is now organised in a simpler, more complete experience, with one place to view the plan, follow the session, and review results. We also strengthened live data: better synchronisation between coaches, sailors, and Apple Watch, more reliable tracking, and a more stable experience on the water.

Sharing a session is clearer and more reliable: we improved companion management, session ownership, and name recovery so your whole team stays in sync. Adding sessions is simpler thanks to a new wizard that unifies Strava and files in a single flow, and the cache is noticeably more solid, with revalidation, offline fallback and per-account / per-environment scoping so tracks never cross. The Apple Watch gets one of its most ambitious updates so far, with a watch-face style home, a brand-new Runs screen for dinghy, a tactical race compass, a cruise mode with route-relative widgets, heart-rate zones and standalone recording with direct upload to the server.
