Daily Quad
Daily habits, simplified.
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Track your daily habits with DailyQuad! Set Four goals, track your progress, perfect for building healthy routines, staying hydrated, exercising, or any daily targets.
You don't need to track more things. You need to keep doing a few of them.
That's what DailyQuad is for. You choose four goals for today, and tomorrow they're waiting for you again. Drink the water. Walk. Read ten pages. When you do one, you check it in, and a day with all four done looks different from a day without.
Four is a starting point, not a rule. It's small enough that you'll actually do it on a bad Wednesday, and when the four have become ordinary you can add more.
Some goals come from someone else. With Playbooks, a coach, a trainer or a friend sets a few goals for a few weeks and shares a code; everyone checks in for themselves, and the person who set them can see how the days are going. And some days are easier when somebody's looking: share a wall with people you choose and each of you adds your day. No leaderboard, nobody wins. You just see each other showing up.
The goals are what you do. What happens is a different question, so if you want, keep your weight, measurements and body composition over months and see whether the daily work is showing. If you're on a GLP-1 medication, it belongs in the same place: doses, when the next is due, how it's sitting with you, your protein, how much is left. The medication has its part. The four goals are the rest.
Four things today. Keep going.
GOALS
The goal tracker at the center of the app.
• Four goals to start. Keep more whenever you're ready.
• Yes or no goals, or numbers: glasses of water, steps, pages, minutes, grams of protein, anything you count.
• Make your own goals, with your own name and icon, for the thing nobody else's list has.
• Streaks that count the days you kept going.
• A rest day when you need one. Your streak stays.
• One daily reminder at the time you choose, silent on a day you've already finished.
• Apple Health fills in your steps, exercise minutes and Move ring, so those goals check themselves in.
• A year of your days on one screen, so you can see the shape of it.
TOGETHER
Nothing here has to be done alone.
• Playbooks: a coach, a trainer or a friend sets a few goals for a few weeks and shares a code. Everyone checks in for themselves, and they can see how it's going.
• A shared wall where the people you choose each add their day. You see them, they see you. Nobody's keeping score.
• Share your four goals with a friend by a link, and they start with them.
METRICS, if you want them
The goals are what you do. These are what happens.
• Weight, waist, chest, hips, arms, thighs, calves and the rest of the tape measure, in inches or centimeters.
• Body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, body water and the other numbers a scale or clinic scan gives you.
• Metrics of your own, for whatever else you measure.
• Graphs by week, month and year.
• A guide for each measurement, so you take it the same way every time.
• Point the camera at a smart scale or clinic report and the numbers fill themselves in, on your device.
• Blood pressure logged as the pair it is, with the range it falls in.
• Readings imported from Apple Health.
GLP-1, if it's part of your weeks
A GLP-1 tracker that lives beside your goals instead of in another app.
• Log each dose and see when the next one is due, on a weekly or daily schedule.
• Injection site rotation, so you know which side is next.
• How it's landing: side effects, how severe, how that changes over the weeks, and whether the food noise has gone quiet.
• Protein tracked alongside it, as one of your goals.
• The medications and vitamins you take, in one list.
• Days of medication left, counting down, with a reminder before you run out.
• Weight and dose trends on graphs.
• A one page summary of the last few weeks to hand your prescriber, or send as a link that expires when you say.
A habit tracker that starts small. Four things today, the people who see you do them, and the numbers that follow.
Start with four goals. Build momentum. Stay consistent.
Small promises, kept daily, are how anything large actually happens, this is a place to keep them. No ads, no upsell.
2.22
A plan from someone who knows you, and a count of what you have left.
• Playbooks: a coach, a trainer or a friend sets a few goals for a few weeks and shares a code. Everyone checks in for themselves, the person who set them can see how the days are going, and you can join without an account and leave whenever you want.
• Medicine Cabinet: say how much of your GLP-1 medication you have and how much one dose takes, and the app counts the days down to the one you run out, with a reminder before it arrives.
• Misc. bug fixes and UI/UX improvements throughout the app.
2.21
Bug fixes, and a few small fixes to the interface.
2.20
Say how it is landing, not only what went wrong.
• My Soundings: the GLP-1 side effects card is now where you say how the medication is landing. Set how loud food noise was with one tap, and add what is bothering you one thing at a time, each with its own severity instead of one shared number.
• Food noise, day by day: every reading on the day it happened, with your shots behind it, both in the app and on the visit summary you hand your prescriber.
• Symptoms link themselves to the dose they follow, worked out from the time, so there is nothing to pick.
• Blood pressure joins Metrics. Log it as the pair it is, see both numbers on one chart, and import readings from Apple Health.
• Body fat and BMI can come from Apple Health too, each with its own switch, read only.
• Walls: tap any day and it tells you why it can or cannot be mixed yet, and the colours in a mix now reflect how much each person actually finished.
• Already have an account? You can sign in before picking any goals, so your history is waiting for you rather than merging in afterwards.
• Misc. bug fixes and refinements throughout the app.
2.19
Bug fixes and accessibility updates.
• DailyQuad now reads properly with VoiceOver throughout. Every switch says what it controls, only the screen you are on is offered, and sheets keep your place while they are open.
• Clearer type and colour in both light and dark, and small controls are easier to hit.
• Fixes across syncing, sharing and your account, so what you track stays where you put it.
2.18
Finish your four, and the room stays warm.
• Close every goal for the day and your page holds a soft candlelight until midnight, so the win is still there when you come back to it.
• Export your data: take everything you have tracked as an Excel workbook or a JSON file, any time you want. It is yours, and it always was.
• DailyQuad now works with VoiceOver. Your goals speak their state, every check-in says what changed, and your year of days describes itself instead of a wall of color.
• Days you hit your goal now glow on Trends and on your wall, so a strong stretch reads at a glance.
• Sharing your four opens instantly, with your card and your link ready to send.
• glp-1 tracking you can now choose the injection areas you use, including abdomen, thigh, and upper arm, and get a suggested location for each dose.
• Misc. Polish and fixes throughout the app.
2.17
Build a wall with your friends.
• Our Wall: start a wall and invite your people. Every day someone shows up adds their color, and you swirl the day's colors together with your finger into a tile you keep.
• Share your wall as a picture worth posting. One tap paints your days into a card you can send anywhere, and tapping it opens the app.
• Pillbox: keep the medications and vitamins you take on the GLP-1 page, with start and stop dates, and include a clean current medications list on your visit summary.
• Your visit summary's weight chart can mark your first dose, so the story reads at a glance.
• Polish and fixes throughout.
Still your goals, done daily. Just the things that matter today.
