As a HYROX-affiliated training club, BuildEmUp offers functional fitness programs designed for all levels. Our recovery spa allows you to recharge your body and mind with massage therapy, physical therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge sessions, & air compression therapy giving you the tools to train smarter and recover faster. Personal and group training sessions are led by experienced coaches who focus on proper form, technique, and results, while fostering an inclusive and motivating atmosphere.
