Workouts:
- Track workout types such as Legs, Upper Body, Push, etc.
- Track where you worked out at to eliminate any location-specific equipment progress outliers
- Use the exercise information to easily lookup past sets while logging or planning current sets
- Each set can include a set number, weight (lbs or kg), partial reps, RPE (rate of perceived exertion), or RIR (reps in reserve)
- Sets can be unilateral (tracked separately or together) or bilateral
- Sets can be part of supersets or dropsets
- Use tags to categorize workouts for easy lookups
- Use markup notes to record any about your workout
- Seamlessly re-arrange exercise order if plans change
- Mark workouts completed to have it count towards your stats, history, and progression

- Each exercise is marked as bilateral or unilateral, for more accurate set tracking
- Each exercise has a muscle group(s) which are generated on creation, but can be customized to your needs
- Each exercise has its own statistics, including PR, estimated 1RM, sets completed, reps completed, workouts performed in, sets per workout, reps per set, and how frequently they are performed
- Each exercise has a progression graph, marking each top set from every workout to get a long-term understanding of your progress
- Each exercise has a history, where you can see every single set performed and in which order in the workout they were performed
- Share your exercise statistics and progress with friends through messaging and social media
Training Notebook:
- For everything outside of your recorded workouts
- Use to record stretching or warmup routines, injuries, thoughts, goals, and more
- Entries allow for text markup — bold, italicize, underline, and list (ordered and unordered) entry text
