This app seemingly came out of nowhere to solve the specific problems I was having trying to unify my media library (Plex and IPTV). I struggled for hours with other potential solutions and lamented that there appeared to be solutions on other platforms but not iOS/tvOS. And then here comes KDTIVI. Is the app perfect? No. At least, not yet. But it is really great and it quite literally did what it said it would on the tin. The dev has been super responsive in adding new features and solving bugs and I have no doubt that, given time and resources, this app will only continue to improve.I’m glad I’m here at the start. I can’t wait to be able to look back and brag about “being there near the beginning.”

Testing the trial and so far so good. The interface is smooth and looks professional. Setup is straight forward with plenty of options within settings. The player runs smoothly and manifest playlists runs with no issues. Looking forward to future updates.

Pumping out updates left and right. This app should be pretty dang good here soon.
- Bug fixes to how VOD content loads
- Fixed bug with play/pause to make mini player fullscreen (still an issue when player is focused)
- Improved channel name visibility
- Improved VOD Hero view, now shows next episode info and more
- Fixed favourites and continue watching items reappearing after deletion.
- New unified Sync settings screen merges iCloud and Dashboard into one place.
- Favourites now sync across devices through both iCloud and the Dashboard. Save a movie on iPhone and it shows up on Apple TV (and at kdtapps.com/dashboard if signed in).
- Edits to channel and category order made on the TV (or iPhone) now push back up to your Dashboard editor — previously this only flowed downward.
- iCloud sync now syncs watch progress across devices.
- The dashboard at kdtapps.com/dashboard has a new Watch History tab so signed-in users can see what they're watching across all their linked devices, with progress bars and finished/in-progress filters.
