EveryPaw
Dog & Cat Care & Health Log
Free · In‑App Purchases
Now fully in French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese — log a dose in one tap and watch it count toward today's care goal.
EveryPaw is a thoughtful pet care companion for dogs and cats. Track feeding, activity, weight, vet visits, symptoms, vaccinations, medications, expenses, and reminders — all synced across your devices with iCloud.
Generate a Sitter Handoff PDF with everything a pet sitter needs: emergency contacts, behavioral notes, medications, upcoming reminders, and daily routine. Or export a full Vet Record for appointments.
Set daily care goals with auto-tracking from feeding, medication, and activity logs. See your progress at a glance with the dashboard ring. Use widgets for feeding status, reminders, goals, weight trends, and expenses without opening the app.
Free. No ads. No subscriptions. Tip jar if you're feeling generous.
more EveryPaw 2.4.4 — Widgets that actually stay on your pet.
Setting a widget to a specific pet always looked like it worked — but the widget quietly followed whichever pet was active in the app instead. That's fixed for all six widget kinds. If you already have a widget, open Edit Widget once and reselect your pet — nothing needs to be removed or re-added.
Also fixed: tapping a widget now reliably opens the right pet's screen, widgets refresh immediately when you switch pets or change your theme, and Expense Summary/Next Reminder no longer clip text at the largest accessibility sizes.
Home also now shows a short, rotating pet-care message when you open the app instead of a popup — turn it off in Settings if you'd rather see the regular greeting.

EveryPaw 2.4.3 — Now fully in French, Italian, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.
Every screen, widget, notification, Siri phrase, and PDF export is now available in a complete, reviewed translation for these four languages — no more English mixed into translated screens.
Also fixed: deleting a medication's refill reminder now tells you it also clears the refill date, a second-device pet migration could duplicate pets in the Pet Switcher (now fixed), and weight charts now understand comma decimal separators.
2.4.3 Aug 6
EveryPaw 2.4.2 — Reliability fixes for medications and reminders.
Recurring medication reminders now keep counting doses correctly past the first day, and un-completing a dose reminder can no longer touch a different medication's log. Deleting a medication removes its reminders for good instead of leaving one behind, and deleting a refill reminder keeps it deleted.
Also fixed: reminders synced from another device notify you right away, the export sheet no longer opens blank, and changing a linked dose reminder's type no longer stops it counting toward your daily goal.
2.4.2 Jul 31
EveryPaw 2.4.1 — Fixes.
The pet widget's meal count now rolls over at midnight, instead of showing yesterday's number for a while into the new day.
A meal logged with Siri now appears in your feeding suggestions immediately — before, it stayed hidden until you reopened the app. Siri and Spotlight results also reflect edits you just made, rather than lagging until the next launch.
Under the hood, EveryPaw now does about half as much iCloud sync work.
2.4.1 Jul 24
EveryPaw 2.4 — Track medication doses.
Log a dose right from the medication list — one tap for Give Dose, with an "n of N today" counter and easy undo. Your daily medication goal now counts logged doses instead of just completed reminders.
Deleting a medication now cleans up completely: both the dose reminder and refill reminder go with it, and the confirmation tells you exactly what's removed. Creating a reminder from a medication or vaccination also now lets you set the real time right away, instead of defaulting silently to 9 AM.
Also fixes Home's goal chips, which used to hide any goal past your third.
2.4 Jul 18
EveryPaw 2.3 — Spotlight search and better reminder notifications.
Your pets and every record — vet visits, medications, vaccinations, weights, expenses, symptoms — now appear in iPhone search. Tap a result to land straight on that pet's list.
Reminder notifications now work the way they should: tapping one opens the app to the right pet, and long-pressing gives you a Mark Complete button that finishes the reminder (and advances recurring ones) without opening EveryPaw at all.
Also fixes Siri and Shortcuts failing to switch the active pet, and new reminders now default to today instead of tomorrow.
2.3 Jul 12
EveryPaw 2.2 — Activity Log for walks, play, and training.
Track activity as quick daily-care entries with optional duration and notes, from Records or the Home + button.
Activity now feeds Daily Goals automatically, including Walk for dogs and Play for cats. This update also fixes blank widgets and makes saved notes show up reliably.
2.2 Jul 1
EveryPaw 2.1 — Attachments and medication refill reminders.
Add photos or PDFs to feeding, vet visits, weight, expenses, symptoms, vaccinations, and medications, then spot attached records from compact paperclip badges in the list.
Medication refill dates now create linked visible Reminders, and medication rows plus the Health Card call out refills that are overdue or coming up soon.

- Guided setup — A new pet now sees a "Set up daily care" card on Home with quick links to add their first reminder or daily goal.
2.0.1 Jun 5
EveryPaw 2.0 — a focused redesign.
The new Care Today section puts everything your pet needs today, plus anything overdue, right on your Home screen — complete it with one tap. A new Records tab gives every kind of entry one easy-to-find home: journal, weights, vet visits, expenses, symptoms, vaccinations, medications, goals, and trends. And Home is slimmer and cleaner, with a single + to log a meal, vet visit, weight, or reminder from anywhere.

What's New in 1.7
iCloud Sync
Your pets now sync automatically across iPhone and iPad. Sign into iCloud and that's it — no toggle, no setup, no export/import dance. Add a meal on your phone, see it on your iPad. Log a vet visit on the iPad, it's on your phone.
Because sync is now automatic, Backup & Restore has been removed — it's no longer needed.

- Feeding Status widget no longer shows stale data after you log a meal
- Deleting a pet actually removes them (they were reappearing on relaunch)
- Reminders added via Siri Shortcuts now sync to iCloud

New: Health Card
Track symptoms between vet visits — log what happened, how severe it was, and mark it resolved when it clears up. Common symptom suggestions make it quick to tap and go.
Keep a record of your pet's vaccinations and when they're due next. Overdue vaccines are flagged, and you can create a yearly reminder with one tap.
The new Health Card (stethoscope icon in the toolbar) pulls it all together — active medications, recent symptoms, latest weight, and upcoming vaccines in one scannable view.
The Tip Jar is still around if you want to show some love.
