License Check
License Check counts the shooting sessions in your log and shows your progress toward the activity requirements in FAP 551-3. Track your activity when applying for your first or an additional handgun for target shooting, or when renewing an existing license.
See which requirements you have met, how many sessions remain, and the status of each firearm. License Check is a guidance tool and does not replace a club certificate or the Swedish Police Authority’s assessment.
Personal Shooting Logbook
Export a personal shooting logbook as a PDF, including the date, location, activity, discipline, and firearm – one row per shooting session. Sessions with at least 15 registered shots are included in the export.
Shooting Ranges with Automatic Location Matching
Mark your shooting ranges on the map and set a radius. When location services are enabled, new series are automatically linked to the correct range. Your GPS position is accessed only when a series is saved.
Improve Step by Step
Shotlytic’s development program guides you through clear goals and levels. Your progress is recorded automatically, so you can always see what to work toward next.
Keep All Your Firearm Statistics
Archive firearms you no longer own without deleting previous shooting sessions, results, or statistics. Archived firearms are kept separate from your active firearms but remain available in your history.
Your Data Is Yours
No registration or separate login is required. Shotlytic uses iCloud and CloudKit to sync your shooting data across your Apple devices. Location information is stored privately with your other shooting data and can only be accessed through your iCloud account.
Firearm licenses, membership cards, and club codes are protected using Apple CryptoKit, stored only on your device, and unlocked with Face ID or your device passcode. This information never leaves your device and is not synced through iCloud.
Support for Swedish and International Disciplines
Shotlytic supports disciplines from the Swedish Pistol Shooting Association (SPSF), including:

• Sighting Series
You can now mark the first series in a competition session as a sighting series. The shots will still count towards maintenance and the Licence Check, but will not affect the session statistics.
• Improved Licence Check
Once a requirement has been met, the Licence Check will show the date by which you need to complete your next shooting session to maintain your current status.
