PacerMind
Running Memories & AI Insights
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Find your running rhythm with PacerMind: personal training plans, weekly reviews, Apple Watch pace guidance, and running receipts that tell your story.
From the very first version six months ago to the birth of PacerMind 2.0, the change between these two versions feels more like a reflection of how I’ve changed as a runner.
During the first four months of this year, I spent a lot of time trying to make PacerMind more professional—more sophisticated training plans, deeper data analysis, and smarter AI insights.
But somewhere along the way, I realized I cared less and less about those things.
I still need a plan, but I don’t need a coach constantly telling me how to get faster.
What I really want is a companion—something that understands the rhythm of training, preserves my running memories, and stays with me for the long run.
That’s when PacerMind 2.0 started growing in a different direction.
This time, I made “Light Up Your City” the heart of the product.
Every run leaves a mark on the map.
The riverside at 5 a.m., the streets after work, the paths in the rain, the final long run before race day—over time, they come together to form a heatmap that belongs uniquely to you.
The places you’ve run are no longer just GPS coordinates.
They become your memories.
I also redesigned Insight.
Instead of focusing on whether you were a few seconds faster or slower, I want it to understand why you went out for a run in the first place.
Were you preparing for a race?
Trying to clear your mind after a stressful day?
Or simply giving yourself a little time alone before the day ended?
PacerMind will still help you train.
But more than helping you run faster,
I hope it helps you run longer.
Because what truly matters is rarely a single PB.
It’s being able, many years from now, to open the map and see the city you illuminated, step by step, through every run you took.
PacerMind 2.0

2.3.6 Sep 6
PacerMind 2.3.5 gives you more freedom to relive and share every run, while making training data more accurate and reliable.

• Exportable animated 3D route assets are here. Trail and high-elevation routes gain more natural terrain, hillshade, and contour details, with much faster animation preparation.
• More reliable Apple Watch workout handoff, segmentation, and result syncing make structured sessions flow more smoothly between your watch and phone.
• Workout Insights now use training segments, grade, power, and elevation changes to better understand intervals, tempo runs, and climbs. Weekly Insights also resolve workout structure first.
• Fixed inaccurate Strava kilometer splits and average heart rate, with stronger historical backfill, metadata recovery, and duplicate handling.
• Refined workout notes, notification navigation, plan linking, subscription access, and Chinese and English localization across workout details and sharing.

• About training plans:
The current auto-generated training plans are relatively more suitable for runners targeting a sub-4-hour marathon.
For now, if you are an experienced runner, it is recommended to create or adjust your own plan.
I will notify testers once the plan generation logic better matches my own training expectations.
