The tools got a major UX pass, plus better coordination across timezones: • Local Times — Friends in other timezones show their local time on their card • Match Time — Tap a friend's arrival time to instantly check in for the same time • Lock Screen + Live Activities Widget — See your timer on your lock screen once you check in. No more being late because you forgot the time! • Campfire Upgrades — Unlock a bigger fire and invite more members (up to 20!) with a per-campfire upgrade Tool UI Overhaul, making it easier and quicker to use. • Dice Roller — UI pass over this tool making it easier to use on all device sizes and more consistent. • Vote & Counters — Inline editing, no more sheet. Quick reset for tonight's vote. • Randomizer — Pre-selected members, "Run Again" button, avatars in results, and Assign Roles can now be used to assign randomly from a group of options. Plus campfire nicknames now show everywhere, long names scroll smoothly, and the whole tools area looks more consistent.
