Always love Oh My Grill! Fast and convenient app for take out orders!

I’ve used this App five times and two of those five times ended up having my order set to “Pick Up” instead of “Deliver”.Now, I get some of this is my own fault but the ways this has happened have been real cheap. The first time I ordered through this App, I was a lot more alert and made sure the App was set to “Delivery”. Only to be unaware the second time that the App swapped back to “Pick Up”. This of course lead to me being a lot more alert and once again made sure the App was set for “Delivery”.And this is where things truly got cheap to the point where I legitimately think the App is pranking me. When I ordered the fourth time the App was already set to “Delivery”, which in turn lead to my fifth and most recent order… Since I made sure to change the order to “Delivery” the third time I ordered through this App and it remembered the fourth time it lead to me having my guard down the fifth time.Unaware that once again the App swapped back to “Pick Up”… After I made sure to change it to “Delivery” on my third order and it remembered on my fourth order through this App!I get that this is partly on me for not being more alert and aware of things. But what happened on my most recent order with this App was beyond cheap and I haven’t felt more ripped off from an App.I am close to never using this App again. So here are some suggestions on how to fix this before it comes to that. Especially since I doubt I’m the only one who ran into this issue.The first being to set “Delivery” as the default Order Option since I bet it’s less inconvenient to have food you intended to pick up delivered to you than it would be to have to pick up food you intended to have delivered to you. The second option is to program the App to be better at remembering people’s preferences in how they order. If someone chooses Delivery three out of five times of using the App with it also being the means in which the first ordered their food upon downloading it. Then perhaps they prefer “delivery” to “pick up”.I like Oh My Grill and think their Food is amazing. I would rather give them money more directly through their own App than DoorDash when ordering from them. But if there’s a strong chance I’m just flushing money down the toilet without even getting my food when using the App. Just because it decided to change the means in which my food is ordered without my knowledge. Then I will look at third party options if they feel more reliable.
