Proofing guidance for temperature and elevation are calculated and displayed. Desired Dough Temperature (DDT) and mixer Friction Factor are calculated. An optional AI powered crumb analyzer is included. A new cost calculator is a game changer, as is a full process planner, and a recipe analyzer.
