We're excited to introduce new features and improvements in this release: 1. Share Groups – You can now easily share groups with others. 2. HTTP Camera Settings – Added support for configuring HTTP settings directly within the app. 3. Super User Enhancements – Extended functionality is now available for Super Users, providing additional capabilities. We also included performance improvements and bug fixes to make the app more stable and reliable.

You can now add both FTP and HTTP cameras to the app with a more flexible setup experience. Cameras can be added either by scanning or by entering the details manually. The camera cards and layouts also automatically adapt based on the camera type, providing a cleaner and more organized viewing experience for both FTP and HTTP cameras.

Updated the image/video viewer layout for a cleaner and more user-friendly experience, with the map displayed at the bottom.

Photo and video viewers organize event details in a tighter, easier-to-scan layout - camera, what was detected, confidence, when it was captured, and more with your camera group shown next to the camera name so context is always obvious. Event maps pick up framing that matches the rest of the app, and full-screen video shows a proper top bar when you open a clip on its own (for example from a notification). From camera details you can share camera information through the system share sheet in a more natural way. On Home, camera groups surface a clearer last-activity time so you can see what’s been active recently, and search stays focused on your cameras and groups on that tab.

This update refreshes the look and feel across DeterCam so screens, navigation, and controls feel clearer and more consistent throughout the app. On History, you can now narrow past activity more easily with new filter options, including what was detected, event type, photos vs videos, camera, and date range, so you can find the exact moment you care about without scrolling forever. Notifications are smarter too: tap an alert and the app opens right on that detection, showing the photo or video for that event. Alerts also read more clearly, with a steadier sign-in experience and smoother loading of your cameras and lists after you log in.

In this new version, when a user receives a notification and taps on it, they will be redirected to the app, and the corresponding event will open with its media (image or video).
