Send a hello to someone waiting for a letter. Add your words, drawings, and photos to a paper plane, then trade replies and get to know a new pen pal. Exchange letters with people around the world through words, drawings, and photos. Hello Paper Plane is a pen pal app that sends your letters on paper planes. Discover planes traveling across a real map, share a reply, and see where the conversation takes you. ◆ A Little of Your Day, in Your Own Hand Write by hand, draw what’s on your mind, or add a photo from your day. Pick a color for your paper plane to make the letter your own. ◆ Choose Where Your Letter Goes Set a direction with the compass or choose a world capital, then launch your paper plane. You can also pick someone who’s waiting for a letter and send the first hello. ◆ Send Paper Planes to Friends Connect through an invitation link to send paper planes to each other. Share words, drawings, and photos, then exchange replies to keep in touch. ◆ Discover Stories Nearby Pick up paper planes that have arrived nearby or catch one flying past. See where each plane came from on the map and open the letter inside. ◆ Keep a Conversation Going When a letter speaks to you, send a reply. Trade paper planes to share anything from a quick hello to the little moments of everyday life. ◆ Choose What Location to Share Show your exact launch location or a random location nearby instead. A Curious and Wondrous New Way To Connect

It is a very interesting and curious idea. To combine the idea of mail communication and the longing to what to connect with others especially in diving times as these. I see a lot of potential for this app as it could be a new way people just enlighten people’s day with positivity, wonder and connection. I will be using this in my building community and encourage others especially artists and creatives who are very heartfelt people to try to do random acts of kindness and acts of wanting to connect with our fellow human race.

Only thing I don’t like is that it takes a bit for planes to update from around the world after the update. Faster response time would be great

Without paying a subscription, your plane may only fly 311 miles, hindering any actual chance for interesting interaction. Cool concept though. Would be better if the users first plane didn’t have the limit, but subsequent would.
