A quicker first text, lead routing you can see, a keypad for any number, and hot lead alerts that confirm they reached you.
• Getting started: send your first text with just 2 people, edit it right on the screen, or finish later if you need to. Signing up with Apple or Google asks you to agree only once.
• Lead routing: the picture follows each new lead as it comes in. Settings open in sheets that slide up, the team card has a ••• menu, and a save only says saved when it really saved.
• Keypad: dial any number from the Contacts tab and call it the same way you call a contact.
• Do Not Contact: the Call button stays off for a lead marked Do Not Contact.
• Hot lead alerts: your phone now tells FollowUp when an alert arrives, so a missed alert gets noticed.
• Booking reminders say exactly what they send.
• Easier to read at every text size.

Blasts that work like Messages, lead routing in one picture, and every AI text clearly marked.
• Blasts: tap a list to see everyone in it, leave people out, and filter by stage, city or when you last texted them. Free on iMessage during your 7-day trial.
• News blasts: search a story, and FollowUp writes the text and gives each person their own tracked link.
• Lead routing: set it up from the Workflows tab and see every lead's path in one picture. A new lead can get your booking link by text, and the AI can answer calls first.
• Conversations: texts the AI sent say "Sent by AI", the reply that made a lead hot gets a Hot Lead badge, and calls show their summary.
• Contacts: stopped and not-interested leads are tucked away, and you can see one rep's leads at a time.
• Voice cloning is included with Autopilot.
• See who opened your emails, right on your iPhone.
• Home opens faster, and names fill in again where a text uses a fallback like "there".
• Easier to read at every text size.

New plans with one pool of credits, a clear view of what you've used this month, and AI follow-ups you can switch off in one place.
• Plans: Plus, Pro and Autopilot share one monthly pool of credits for texts and calls. Billing shows what you've used, when it resets, and when a bigger plan would have cost you less.
• One switch turns every AI follow-up on or off, and each conversation shows what the AI will send next, with Pause, Edit and Turn off right there.
• Link opens: see who opened the link you texted, and follow up in one tap.
• Workflows: grouped by team, with an Archived area, and each workflow shows who is in it.
• Add your people from your iPhone contacts, a spreadsheet, or one at a time.
• Incoming Calls shows what happens to every call in one picture.
• Messages search finds any word in any text.
• Easier to read at every text size.

2.5.0 Oct 14
Replies tells you exactly what you owe, and you can hear a voicemail without leaving Home.
• Replies: a lone "Y" shows the question it answered, each row's button sets the status in one tap, and people you already texted wait in one "On the hook" line.
• Home: play a voicemail right on the big card, and a call note is never shown as something the customer said.
• Messages: automated workflow texts move into their own "Workflow sends" folder. Open a send to see who replied, text the people who didn't, or pause and resume the workflow for them.
• Conversations: one tap on Account brief opens the full contact page, the thread no longer snaps back while you scroll, and voicemails show their length.
• See the AI's next move above the reply box, and hold the AI for 2 hours or resume it.
• The contact page shows the home's roof plan and panel layout, and when the roof and AC were last replaced.
• An incoming lead call opens that lead's contact page.
• New "Connected" pipeline stage between Hot Lead and Meeting Booked.
• New accounts start with "What do you want to get done?" and first drafts written for their business.
• Easier to read at every text size.

Lead Routing is rebuilt around your team, and your card in iMessage opens for anyone.
• Lead Routing: every rep has a face and a color. See who is sitting on a lead and for how long, and press and hold a closer to see their leads.
• Needs attention: one place for leads nobody has reached yet. Drag a lead onto a closer to hand it over, with Undo.
• Call before more leads: a rep who owes a call shows Paused until they make it.
• Map Enroll sends the first text right away, and you choose how to spread the rest.
• The contact page shows everyone on the house in one line, like "Diana Lanzo & Leisure Chatman · Owners".
• Voicemail steps can send a backup text when a voicemail doesn't go through.
• My Card in iMessage sends your card link, so anyone can tap it and see your page.
• Add your photo from the account sheet and it shows on your booking pages.
• Big status changes wait 5 seconds for Undo, and a text still goes out if you leave the app during that wait.

Getting started is faster, and your first voicemail drops are on us.
• New here? Quick Start walks you through your first texts, right from Home.
• Verify your number and get 10 free voicemail drops. They go out from your number: no ring, just a voicemail in their inbox.
• Suggested lines up who to answer, with the reply already written. Press and hold a card to read the thread and send without leaving the list.
• Every task can be finished or put off, and Later has a date picker.
• Scheduled is now a calendar of everything going out and when. Press and hold anything to move it.
• Incoming Calls: one screen for calls to your business number, including your voicemail greeting.
• Answer a lead's call, open FollowUp, and their caller screen is waiting.
• Messages search finds every contact, the way iMessage does.
• Bigger text, everywhere we touched: names, buttons and cards stay whole.

2.4.7 Oct 4
Home is a card you work, not a list you read.
• Tap anything on Home and it becomes the card: a suggestion, a send, a person who went quiet. The feed steps back, the chat bar moves aside, and what's in front of you is the one thing to do next.
• The card shows the customer's last words first, at the size that says they matter, and tells you how long it's been.
• Schedule a message right from the card. Press and hold Send to pick a time, and the scheduled message shows in the thread where you can change or cancel it.
• A message that is sending says so, a cancelled one says who cancelled it, and a phone call is never dressed up as a text. Calls tell you which kind: answered, missed, voicemail left.
• Lenses across the top of Home: Replies, Tasks, Suggested, Triage, each with a live count.
• Workflow cards open to show everyone the batch is about to text, and you can take a person out before it sends.
• Stalled sends get real controls, with the attempt count and a clock you can trust.
• Bigger text everywhere: names wrap, rows wrap, nothing gets clipped, and VoiceOver reads the whole card.

2.4.5 Sep 15
This update makes texting your leads more reliable and long threads easier to work:
• Your reply is now saved the moment you tap Send, so a text can never be lost if the app closes right afterward.
• Delivery status (sent, delivered, read) now shows cleanly under your most recent message, the way you'd expect.
• Long conversations get a Jump to Latest button and a New Messages marker, so you never lose your place.
• Account summary and polish improvements throughout the conversation view.
Happy following up!
2.4.2 Jul 22
• Growth dashboard upgrades: trend sparklines on every card, a time-period picker for Visitors, and clearer explanations of where each visit came from.
• Daily stats now roll over on your business day instead of UTC, so "today" finally means today.
• Missed calls show up as a familiar call-log style row on reply cards, with a calmer sends summary.
• Sharper, more consistent text and full Dynamic Type support across reporting.
2.4.1 Jul 20
• Every notification is now tappable. Open the leads behind a "New Leads Assigned" alert and tap through to each contact, or see the full details of any update — no more dead-end taps.
• Reps on a team can now turn on Caller ID to see their assigned leads' names on incoming calls, with a quick setup prompt.
• Reliability improvements for inbound call routing, voicemails, and the send outbox.
2.4.0 Jul 19
• Redesigned the incoming-call screen so the context you need in the first few seconds (who is calling, why, and your recent conversation) is front and center the moment you pick up.
• Faster workflow and dashboard screens.
• Fixed the in-app "Claim Lead" banner not reappearing for a lead that came back around.
• Notification, reliability, and performance improvements throughout.
2.3.0 Jul 18
A big one:
• A new home. One screen with your priority follow-ups, top market intel, and your workflow cards. No more tab bar — everything is a tap from the top.
• Outbox. See everything FollowUp is sending on your behalf — texts, voicemails, workflow sends, and blasts. The card at the top of home rotates to a "Going out today" summary; tap it for the full schedule, swipe to cancel anything queued, and watch sends land in real time.
• Morning digest and just-sent notifications for your outbox, both optional in Settings.
• Creating an account now verifies your mobile number with a quick 6-digit text, with an email fallback if the text doesn't arrive.
• Passkey fixes and performance improvements throughout.
2.2.9 Jul 15
Notifications got their identity back in this build.
What to test:
• Reply notifications now look like messages. When a lead texts back, the banner shows their name, their photo when we have one, and the message itself, instead of a generic "New Lead Response". Works on the lock screen and in Notification Center.
• Hot Lead Race cleanup. When another rep claims a race, the race banner and the lock-screen card both disappear on their own within seconds. No stale Claim buttons, no consolation banner. If you tapped Claim but lost, you still see who got there quicker.
• In the app during a race: the in-app race banner and the Unclaimed list now update the moment someone else claims, instead of waiting for the next refresh.
If anything looks off, note your device model + iOS version. Thanks!
2.2.7 Jul 4
New: Pitch Activity, plus exact open timestamps.
What to test:
• Pitch Activity (new). Open More → Pitch Activity. You'll see every pitch link you've shared, and tapping into one shows who opened it, when (exact date & time, in your local time), how long they spent on the page, what device they used, and a flag if the link was forwarded to other devices.
• Open history now shows the exact date & time of each open instead of "X days ago."
Plus assorted fixes and polish across the app.
If anything looks off, note your device model + iOS version. Thanks!
2.2.6 Jul 3
What's new:
• New FollowUp Queue widget for your Home Screen and Lock Screen — see today's send queue at a glance
• Tap the widget to jump straight into rapid-fire sending: review your ready-to-send leads, then fire them off one tap at a time
• Smarter widget states — a clear "ready to send" count, a celebration when you're all caught up, and a nudge to enroll leads when your queue is empty
• Referral improvements so your invites are always credited
• Stability and polish throughout
Thanks for using FollowUp!
2.2.5 Jun 22
What's new:
• Redesigned voicemail blast composer — cleaner and faster, with everything on one screen
• Draft voicemail scripts with AI, or reuse your saved scripts and workflow voicemails as templates
• Voicemail blasts now reach your entire tag or list, not just the first ~100 contacts
• Voicemails send from the number each contact already knows you by
• Stability and polish throughout
Thanks for using FollowUp!
2.2.4 Jun 20
What's new in this build:
• NEW — "Ready to Send" Lock Screen widget: long-press your Lock Screen → Customize → add the FollowUp widget to see, at a glance, how many leads have a message due to send today. A little gauge shows your progress through the day, and tapping it jumps straight to your workflows. (Please add it and tell us how it looks on your wallpaper!)
• Your Home workflow cards now show "N ready to send" for iMessage sequences with sends due today, instead of a vague "in sequence"
• "Due today" counts now follow YOUR local timezone — evening sends in your zone are counted correctly instead of being dropped past UTC midnight
• Clearer upgrade prompts everywhere you hit a free-plan limit (contacts, automations, AI writing, voice, integrations): each one now explains the limit and how to upgrade, on both the app and the web
• Stability and polish fixes throughout
Thanks for using FollowUp!
2.2.3 Jun 19
What's new in this build:
• New-user Home is cleaner: the starter workflows now use the real app color palette, and the Top Story news card stays hidden until you've picked your news topics (no more random energy headlines on day one)
• Finishing setup no longer pops a confusing "Demo Complete / Pro unlocked" screen — onboarding ends cleanly
• Deactivating a workflow now confirms with a clear message and keeps the card visible in Paused, and you can archive the sample workflows you don't need
• Sharing Market Intel articles and links over iMessage now works on every plan — no more "couldn't reach the server" when sending to your contacts
• Voice Drops now uses one consistent composer everywhere — record, upload, pick from your library, or generate AI audio, and (on Business) write a script that's personalized with each contact's name. Cleaner campaign list and detail screens too
• Sending a voicemail drop after hours now shows a calm "resumes in the morning" note with the exact resume time — instead of looking like a failed send — plus a heads-up before you send when it's late
• Redesigned Workflows cards — cleaner, more premium layout with a clear status, "ready to reply" count, and a tidy action row on each card
• Frame your link-card photo before you send — Fill or Fit, drag and pinch to compose it, so the preview never looks awkwardly cropped
• Fixed sending a link/article one recipient at a time from a business number
• Redesigned Tools tab — every tool explains what it does, with an "On the roadmap" section for what's coming
• Refreshed Voice Drops, Missed Call Auto Text, and Call Forwarding with a cleaner, more premium graphite look that matches your Card
• New accounts now get the guided setup (industry, territory, goals, branding) even on a device that's been used before — with a simpler, clearer plan picker (start free in one tap, upgrade when you're ready)
• Edit every appointment-reminder message — reminders, no-show follow-ups, post-meeting check-in, and the confirmation reply
• The notification bell badge clears the moment you open it
• Stability and polish fixes throughout
