TasteBot is an AI recipe generator that creates meals tailored to your goals, diet, allergies and cooking style.
Tell TasteBot how you like to eat and what you’re aiming for—building muscle, losing weight, low sugar, eating paleo, etc.—and every recipe is generated with those preferences in mind.
How it works
• Set your goals, diet, ingredients to avoid, and cooking style in a quick onboarding flow.
• Either type what you’re craving or tap “Surprise me” to let TasteBot come up with ideas for you.
• Get a complete, easy-to-follow recipe plus nutrition you can use to track macros.
Two ways to get recipes
Custom Recipe – Request a recipe in any way you’d like: “high-protein pasta under 20 minutes”, “savory breakfast using egg”, “creamy chicken dinner for two”, “strawberry banana smoothie”—and TasteBot generates a full recipe tailored to your preferences.
Surprise Me – Pick a category (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert, Snack or Smoothie) and get a recipe that still fits your goals and dietary needs.

Discover curated recipes when you want inspiration fast. Browse by category and filter by cook time, diet, allergies, and goals to find something that fits your day.
Nutrition you can actually use
From any recipe you can view:
• Calories, protein, carbs and fats (free)
• More detailed nutrition like fiber, sugar, sugar alcohols, saturated fat, unsaturated fat, trans fat, sodium and cholesterol (Premium)
Adjust servings to instantly update per-serving nutrition so it’s easy to log in your favorite meal-tracking app.
Easy to share & track
Every recipe comes with a shareable link you can send to friends or save for later. You can also use this link for importing the recipe into your favorite meal-tracking app—making logging fast and hassle-free.
