On compatible devices with iOS 26 or later, Apple Intelligence can help organize scanned text when its on-device model is available. Local text extraction and manual entry remain available without Apple Intelligence. Document scanning requires a supported camera-equipped device.
Your records are stored on your device. No account is required. The interface supports light and dark appearance, larger text and reduced motion, with Liquid Glass controls on iOS 26 and later.
PetTrackerIA organizes information. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments or calculate medical schedules. Follow your veterinarian’s instructions and always review imported information.
Notifications require permission. Only the nearest 64 alerts are scheduled; open the app regularly to refresh upcoming reminders.
