FitTimer999
HIIT, Tabata, intervals
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Workouts built from blocks, plus ready-made Tabata, HIIT and EMOM templates. A big colour screen and cues even with the phone locked.
FitTimer is a simple, precise interval training timer. Set work, rest and rounds — then train without looking at your phone.
QUICK START
Three wheels — work, rest, rounds — and a Start button. You are training in seconds.
TEMPLATES
Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP and HIIT are ready to go. Start as is, or save one and make it yours.
YOUR OWN WORKOUTS
Build workouts from blocks with repeats: warm-up, circuit, cool-down. Intervals come in three types — work, rest and get ready. Drag to reorder and pick exercise names from ready-made suggestions.
VISIBLE FROM ACROSS THE ROOM
During a workout the whole screen takes the colour of the phase, digits are huge, a ring shows progress, and you always see what comes next and how much is left.
ALWAYS AUDIBLE
3‑2‑1 countdown, start and halfway signals, vibration. Cues play over your music. Screen off or another app open — interval changes still arrive as sound notifications.
PRECISE
Time is counted from the device clock, so it stays exact after pauses and app switches.
ALSO
• Workout history with summaries
• Light and dark theme
• English and Russian
• iPhone and iPad
No account, no ads, no data collection. Everything stays on your device.
