This release gets new users started faster, makes reading files from other apps more reliable, and puts the app on a new technical footing. • Moved to Swift 6: The whole app now uses the new language version. That makes the interplay of its internal processes verifiably safe — problems of that kind now show up in the development environment instead of during use. • Ready for macOS Golden Gate: Every function has been checked on the new system and works unchanged. • First-run setup: New users are guided through the key settings in a few steps — how licenses are laid out, reminders, and bringing existing data across. It can be skipped, and everything can be changed later in the settings. • More reliable importing: Errors while reading CSV and JSON files are now caught properly. If a file contains no recognisable license, the app says so clearly instead of reporting a success with no result. • Reading files without a header row: If a CSV file starts straight away with data, you can now say so when assigning the columns. Previously the first license was read as column names and was lost. • Clearer log: The window lets you choose which lines are shown, and a button re-reads the file without closing it. • Less noise in the log: The routine messages of iCloud synchronisation can be switched off. This release tidies things up: duplicate entries disappear on their own, the settings have been reordered, and Import/Export is finally where it belongs. • Duplicate entries are merged: The check now runs at every start and also covers categories you created yourself and licenses you imported. Previously it only caught the categories that ship with the app. • Freeware management on by default: The freeware area is available right away. • Clear numbers: After an export you are told how many licenses and how many freeware entries the file contains. The diagnostics for iCloud synchronisation tell them apart as well. • Tidier settings: “About” is now at the top and opens first. “Pro Version” has become “Full Version”, matching the heading inside it. And Import/Export is no longer a setting but an area of its own — the license list stays where it is. • Custom fields: Up to ten custom fields per license. This update lets you bring in license lists from virtually any source: • CSV import of any format: When a CSV file doesn't match a known format, you now decide yourself which column goes into which field. The mapping is suggested automatically, and a preview shows you the result right away. • Remember mappings: Field mappings you've set up can be saved under a name. The next time you import a file with the same columns, they are detected and applied automatically – you can manage them in Settings under Import/Export. • Detect manufacturer and license links automatically: If a manufacturer column is missing, the manufacturer is derived from the download address. If the key field contains a link to a license file, it is stored in the notes. • More reliable duplicate detection: The order number is now also taken into account during import, so several products from the same order are better distinguished from genuine new purchases. This update makes managing your licenses even more convenient and secure: • Store passwords safely: Custom fields can now be created as a password – shown masked and revealed or hidden with the tap of an eye icon. • New password field in the user information: You can now record a dedicated password for each license – masked, show/hide and copyable with a single tap. • Copy content faster: For custom fields you decide yourself whether the content can be copied at the press of a button. • New status light: A colored dot shows you at a glance whether a license is still valid – green, yellow when expiration is near, red when reached. Fully configurable in Settings. We've also improved the sort order when switching to the freeware view and fixed an issue when resetting categories.

Manage licenses and freeware separately: A switch at the top of the sidebar lets you toggle between your paid licenses and your freeware. You enable freeware management in Settings — where you also decide which fields appear when recording freeware. This lets you hide everything you don't need for free software (license keys, prices, expiration dates) and keep a lean input form tailored to you. Icon, name, version, manufacturer, operating system and category are always included; user data, links, attachment, notes, installation date and custom fields can each be enabled individually.
