3D Geometric Reconstructions
• Create 3D Models (Isosurfaces) using thresholding and mesh extraction
• Extract surface regions of interest (ROI) from the generated 3D model
• Isolate target anatomy using the Box Crop tool
• Toggle wireframe display mode to inspect mesh surface topology
• Refine mesh geometry using surface smoothing and hole-filling tools
• Export generated 3D surface meshes in STL format for 3D printing or external modeling
