Minor bug fixes and improvements.

Bug fixes and improvements. * A binder or tab you create while sharing shows up straight away the next time you share – no need to open the app in between. * The binder and tab you last saved to come first and are already selected, so filing several documents in a row is quick. * The “Event detected” suggestion on a document can be hidden with its X, or switched off for all documents with Suggest Reminders in the gear menu.

Three new things in this version. * Safari can send downloads straight to Binder instead of the Files app. The Downloads binder is made for you, named in your language. Tips & Tricks shows how to switch it on. * Notes can hold checklists to tick off, carry a name of their own, and be arranged A to Z or just as you like — reminders too. * No ads while you are busy in the app.

Tabs inside tabs, notes that keep up, and some work to make sure nothing goes missing. * Sub-tabs: a tab can now hold tabs of its own, as many levels deep as you like, each with its own screen. * Search now finds the words you wrote inside your notes. * Links you paste into a note can be tapped. * Add photos to a note from the camera or your photo library — just hold down in the note. * Share a note: as a PDF when it has pictures, as plain text when it doesn’t. * Share a photo from any app straight into a note, new or existing. * The Save to Binder screen is readable again, says what to do the first time, and follows your theme. * A document whose pages are missing now says so, instead of opening empty. * A warning when iCloud is full or switched off — the two reasons documents quietly stop being saved. * Export a whole binder to Files as PDFs.

Sharing a document into Binder from Mail, Files or Photos is clearer now. If you share something before you have made a binder, the screen tells you what to do: name your first binder and tap Save — Binder creates it the next time you open the app. The binder and tab rows look the same whether you already have binders or not. Text on that screen was also hard to read on some devices, pale on pale. It now matches the rest of the app, and it follows the theme you picked instead of always showing wood.

This update is about your documents being safe. After reinstalling, or setting Binder up on a new device, pages now arrive straight away instead of leaving documents looking empty — and if something is still on its way, Binder says so. Binder also makes sure everything has reached iCloud. Anything that could not be uploaded or deleted at the time is retried until it works, and the iCloud Sync screen tells you in one line whether everything is backed up. Binders now stay in the place you put them. Move one and the space it stood in stays empty, so your shelves can be uneven like a real bookcase — and while you drag, the others step aside to show where it will land. Your iPhone and iPad each keep their own arrangement too, because an iPad shelf holds five binders where an iPhone shelf holds three. Once one is the way you like it, you can hand that order to the other from the arrange menu. Also: • Copy a document to the clipboard and paste it into a note, an email, anywhere • Free up space taken by leftovers from documents you deleted earlier • Clearer marking of the tab you are in • A binder's menu opens straight away when you hold it • Text that was hard to read in the darker themes has been fixed, and prompts that only appeared in English are now translated

This update is about your documents being safe. After reinstalling Binder, or setting it up on a new device, some documents could look empty until iCloud got round to downloading their pages — which could take a long while. Binder now asks for those pages straight away, and tells you they are on their way instead of looking empty. Binder also makes sure everything has actually reached iCloud. If a file could not be uploaded or deleted at the time, it is retried until it works. The iCloud Sync screen says so in one line: everything is backed up, or it is not. You can also free up the space still taken by leftovers from documents you deleted earlier.

**Binder is now in the Files app** Pick documents straight from your binders whenever an app asks you to choose a file — no exporting first. If you don't see Binder listed, tap Edit in the Files sidebar and switch it on. **Put everything in order** Drag documents and tabs into the order you want, or sort them A to Z with one tap — the same way binders already work. **Delete several at once** Select multiple documents to share, move, copy — and now delete them together. **iCloud sync you can fix yourself** Compare this device against iCloud at a glance. If a device falls behind, send its data up or fetch a fresh copy down. Your previous copy is always kept, so you can change your mind. **Also** • Copy a document to the clipboard and paste it into a note, an email, anywhere • New tips, and a clearer first run • Fewer interruptions: nothing full-screen on your first day, and never while you're reading • Centred titles, and no more cut-off text in other languages

Text you paste into a note now takes on the note's own style, so it's always easy to read. Thanks for using Binder!

Search now finds binders and tabs, not just documents. Select and copy text straight from a scanned page or PDF — press and hold, then drag. Notes can hold pictures: paste a screenshot right into the text and tap it to see it full size. Sort your shelf A–Z with one tap, and undo it just as easily. Sharing into Binder can now create a binder or tab on the spot, with the same colours and icons as in the app. Thanks for using Binder!

Multi-select got a third button: Copy. Pick documents, then Share, Move, or Copy them to another binder in one go. Thanks for using The Binder!

Theme polish: every sheet (New Binder, New Tab, Move, Password…) and every button now matches the theme you've picked. Wood, Leather, Slate, Mahogany and Midnight now carry through the entire app, not just the background. Thanks for using The Binder!

Version 2.2 finishes the job 2.1 started: every button, toolbar icon and section header now matches the theme you picked, not just the background. Pick Midnight and the + signs and chevrons turn sky blue. Pick Slate and they go cool silver. Leather and Mahogany shift to warm cognac and coral. Wood stays warm walnut. Open the gear menu → Theme to switch. Thanks for using The Binder!

Version 2.1 brings a fresh look and several requested improvements: • 5 backgrounds to choose from — Open the gear menu → Theme to pick Wood (the original), Leather, Slate, Mahogany, or Midnight. • Smarter search navigation — Tap a search result to open it; the back button now returns you to its binder (with the right tab selected) instead of the search screen. Lets you browse related documents in context. • Duplicate to another binder — In a document, open the more menu → "Duplicate to…" to make an independent copy in any binder or tab. • Preview while selecting — In multi-select, tap the small eye icon on the right of a row to peek at the document without losing your selection. • Better-looking long titles — Document and note names now wrap to two lines instead of being cut off, in rows and the document title bar. • Tab indicator — In "All Documents" view, each row now shows which tab it belongs to. Useful before moving documents around. Thanks for using The Binder!

IMPORTANT UPDATE This version fixes a sync issue introduced in 1.9 that could prevent your binders, documents and notes from syncing correctly between devices. After updating on all your devices, your data should sync automatically. Please update on every device where you use The Binder. What's new: • iCloud Sync diagnostics — See exactly what's on this device versus what's in iCloud. Open the gear menu → "iCloud Sync". • "Use this device's data" recovery — A safety button for the rare case where a device is still out of sync after the update. It pushes everything on that device up to iCloud so the other devices catch up. • Share multiple documents at once — Select several documents and share them all together via Mail, Messages, AirDrop, and more. • Mail attachment fix — Multiple files shared to Mail now arrive as separate attachments instead of being stitched together. • Stability improvements. Thanks for using The Binder!

Version 1.9 brings four highly requested improvements: • Rename when sharing — When you share photos or files into The Binder from another app, you can now name the document right in the share sheet, just like when you import from your library. • Quick Notes — Tap the new notes icon next to the bell on the home screen to jot down quick notes. Each note can have its own reminder (and optionally be added to your Calendar), so everything you want to remember now lives in one place. • Move multiple documents at once — Select several documents and move them to another binder or tab in a single step. • Remove reminders with a swipe — Open your Reminders, swipe a row, and the reminder is gone (the document stays right where it is). Thanks for using The Binder!
