We’ve added new features to give you more control over your account, billing, payments, and support, while also improving the overall performance and reliability of the app. - App improvements This version includes general bug fixes, loading improvements, and stability updates to help make the app smoother and more reliable. - Manage your account You can now view and update more of your account information in the app, including contact details, nominated contacts, marketing preferences, add-ons, loyalty details, vulnerability information, and power of attorney details. - View upcoming changes Keep track of upcoming changes to your account in one easy-to-find place, so you can see what is planned and when it is due to happen. - Bills and payment history Your billing information is now available in the app, including bills, invoices, previous payments, and clearer details about your charges. - Raise and track billing queries You can now dispute a payment or charge, follow the progress of billing queries under review, and request to close a query from your wallet. - Direct Debit options Where available, you can manage your Direct Debit details, including your payment date and bank account information. - Improved support access Live chat options are now easier to find in the app, helping you get support more quickly when you need it. - Appearance settings You can now choose between light mode, dark mode, or your device’s default setting for a more personalised app experience.

Version 2.3.3.6 includes bug fixes, stability improvements, and key upgrades across connection testing and Wi-Fi management. - Bug fixes and stability improvements This release includes general reliability improvements, including a fix for an issue where some users could see a white screen when the app loaded. - New heat map tool You can now walk around your property and build a Wi-Fi heat map inside the app. The tool uses your device’s direct RSSI connection to your router and network to help identify stronger and weaker coverage areas around the home. - Connection area redesign The Wi-Fi area in the navigation has been renamed to Connection, with a fully redesigned connection section for a clearer view of your network. - Wi-Fi management split out Wi-Fi management settings now sit in their own dedicated area, making it easier to find and manage network name, password, and related settings. - Offline devices now shown The Devices page now shows offline devices for supported hardware that stores previous device history, so you can see devices even when they are not currently connected. - Visual upgrades Several screens have been refreshed to make connection tools, device information, and testing features easier to understand and use.
