Fixed issues with iCloud synchronization and backup restoration. This was necessary to ensure smooth operation when using multiple devices with the same account—just in time for the upcoming macOS version! Additionally: when attaching a bank receipt, the app will automatically fill in not only the amount, but also the category and property (provided that the organization you just sent money to is linked to that property). Off to build 2.0, won't be back for a while. (Just kidding, I'm on vacation—feel free to call or drop a line!)

Lucky enough to manage a dozen properties (and mortgages)? Here's a checklist for you: a new feature on the main screen helps you navigate payments and even forecasts future bills (if a tariff is set up). Additionally, payments can now be edited, and deleting items is much more intuitive. You can now scan meter documents directly within the app. Improved synchronization of payments, documents, and meter data across your devices. Enhancements made to localization and main screen accessibility.

The main screen has become more informative and user-friendly: - Added timely reminders for submitting meter readings, recurring payments, and checking tariffs. - Expense categories now open the corresponding payments with a pre-applied filter. - Added an expense comparison with the previous period. - The category list is now split into five main categories and the rest for easier viewing. - Improved multi-currency support. - Quick reading entry now expands the relevant properties and provides flashlight access. - Improved VoiceOver, localization, and overall app stability.

We continue to move toward version 2.0; code preparation is in full swing with most of the work happening under the hood. The tip of the iceberg: if your provider supports a stable payment route in the receipt, you will now be able to initiate the payment directly from our app. To recap, a stable payment route is required (this depends on the provider), and you will need to scan the QR code on the receipt using the new version of the app. Properties are getting two new attributes.

Implemented a UX layer for iCloud storage synchronization, so you can now see how up-to-date your data is. Made several improvements to shared access, adding the ability to send a message during guest access. I decided not to add contact sharing for shared access yet to avoid scaring you with a "request for contacts" prompt, but I will address this later using a different approach. Locked down the policy: "guests can view their own payments, cannot delete anything, and cannot view other users' receipts." Redesigned the navigation bar and button sizes in the property details on the tablet version. Changed the sequence of the protection screen and the welcome screen. The app now addresses you by name. You can now link tariffs to a property.

Added Apple Pencil support to the tablet version (Why? Just because). The settings screen has been slightly redesigned. Added a new region and language (Gamarjoba!). Changes on the add payment screen when recognizing the amount from a receipt. Fixed an issue with the Polish localization.

If you restored a backup from a previous version and your payment categories have changed, you can manually update them to the correct ones in the payment details.

You didn't ask, but Sergey asked for three-tariff meters and voila! Added the ability to synchronize data if the application is on different devices (within the same Apple ID) Unfortunately, old data may not be compatible (but it will be saved on the device) Ideally, you should make a backup, then update the app and restore that backup. There are some minor issues with saving receipts/invoices that are known and will be corrected in future versions.
