The launch of the new mobile app has streamlined and simplified much of the use cases in the app. It is definitely required to use the desktop site for more intricate work, but the routine workflow is much better and faster in this one.

Can you please add a default user when creating a work order. Some of us have to create dozens of work orders per shift to submit work we did and having to go down the list of “Select users” or typing a name in the search bar to select our name for every WO wastes a lot of time. Also at what I am assuming is the base level, when creating a work order it does not allow us to put a description of what is about. We have to do it in the comment section after already creating one. I am liking this version over the CMMS; the constant pop up for enabling notifications every time I open the app was starting to drive me nuts. Thank you.
