At the resort there was a big push by staff to use the app. Most of the promised features did not work. You can’t order food to your room or even see a menu. Hotel buildings are not labeled. Restaurants are closed but sometimes it doesn’t tell you that. There’s a general map which is helpful and you can ask for basic services to your room like a replacement blender or more towels.

The map doesn’t work. The search doesn’t work. If you do select a place to see it on the map, it’ll show you something else completely unrelated and random. With the “concierge” chat and restaurant reservations chat, you’re lucky if you get a response within two days. A middle schooler could build something better than this app.

I was able to login and use the app for two days. After that it kicked me off and upon trying to login, it just gave "Failed to Login" every time for the next three weeks. Yes I tried all the recommended fixes. Nothing worked. Ended up being useless except to view menus.

Old Apple worked great mapping and giving you directions. Plus could easily see which restaurants were open for which meals and activities were easy to find in the old app. The new Vidanta world app is worthless!!
