The feature is available within shipment tracking screens throughout the app. How to Access the Feature 1. Viewing Package Images 1. Open the DBS Express Transportation app. 2. Navigate to any shipment list: o Pending Shipments o In-Transit Shipments o Delivered Shipments 3. Each shipment card includes a package image thumbnail. 4. Tap the image thumbnail. 5. The image will open in fullscreen view. 6. Tap the close (X) button or tap outside the image to exit. 2. Viewing Delivery Proof Photos (Admin Users) 1. Log in as an administrator. 2. Navigate to In-Transit or Delivered Shipments. 3. Locate the delivery proof photo attached to the shipment. 4. Tap the photo to open it in fullscreen mode.
