How to Check Your Pulse with Your Finger:
- First, make sure your fingers are not cold.
- When checking your pulse, make sure your fingertip completely covers the camera lens and flash.
- Press gently with your finger. Pressing too hard may reduce blood flow, making it harder to get accurate results.
