Designed specifically for children with ADHD, ADHD Trove breaks routines into simple visual steps, boosts motivation with built-in rewards, and gives parents a clear, unified view of schedules, progress, and medication — all in one place.
Families can create predictable daily routines for mornings, school, afternoons, and bedtime. Each routine is broken into clear, visual steps so children always know what comes next. Kids earn points for completing steps, parents approve progress, and rewards help build independence in a positive, motivating way.
ADHD Trove also includes built-in medication tracking. Parents can set dosage details, instructions, and schedules, and medication steps automatically appear in a child’s daily agenda. Kids see clear reminders, parents stay in control, and nothing gets missed.
Parents can switch into Child View at any time to see the app exactly as their child does — routines, progress, and rewards — making it easier to offer support when it’s needed.
ADHD Trove is built for families of all sizes. Each child has their own routines, rewards, and progress, making it easy to support one child or multiple children within the same family.
Free and subscription access: ADHD Trove is free to download and includes a free tier with limited features. New families receive a 21-day free trial with access to premium Family features. After the trial, families can choose to subscribe for full access or continue using the free version.
